South Mcd — floors constructed by builder with blockage of locality gali

Dear sir,
I repeatdly inform that our locality neighbour builder sanjay r/o deepmodel school road in front of rajsthani hardware shop, geetanjali park, west sagarpur, nd-110046 who has started floors on land rz-l-2, gali 5c, geetanjali park, west sagarpur fot the constructing foors sales purpose and spreading bricks, building materials, on both gali. Bypasser can not pass with bike. Dust particules are made us suffocative locality. He construct floors in this locality throughout year. We people are harassed by him if we objected for closing gali by him then he treatened and abusive language to us. He challenge us no one can harm me due to good setting with mcd official staffs & local police. Our locality children can not pass gali easly due to blockage of sewer due to unlawful construction by him. He also run sanjay property shop near deepmodel school, geetanjali park, west sagarpur. There is no action taken by mcd official so far even repeatedly inform to office. Once again you are requested to take ragid action against him to stop unlawful demolision & construction.
