NEXT DAY I MANAGE TO GET A TTE AND AGAIN ASKED FOR THE COMPLAINT BOOK AGAIN REFUSED AFTER MUCH ARGUMENT HE HAS AGREED THAT IT IS THE FAULT AND EXCUSE US WE WILL LOOSE OUR JOB AND MANY MORE EXCUSES. I WAS ADAMANT FOR THE COMPLAINT BOOK, THEN AFTER ONE HOUR ARGUMENT I WAS GIVEN THE COMPLAINT BOOK AND I HAVE REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT. NO-025130. A COPY OF THE ON TRAIN COMPLAINT IS ENCLOSED. HOW IS THE RAILWAYS MANAGING THESE CONTRACTORS, MAY BE ONCE THE TENDER IS PASSED REST IS THE CONTRACTOR DUTY TO MINT MONEY IN WHAT EVER PRICE IS SLAPPED ON THE PASSANGERS. ULTIMATLY YHE OASSANGER IS AT THE RECIEVING END. STERN ACTION TO BE TAKEN THE MANAGER ON TRAIN WAS SO ARROGANT, NOT COOPRATIVE, MANNERLESS.
