Today i had been to Hubli station for transporting my two wheeler from Hbl to Ugarkhurd the people wrapping it are asking Rs 450 for just wrapping it which is very high and not ready to give any receipt for that and transportation charges extra Rs 250 whether these people are officially working n they have any licence to do so?
