Train number - 66019- bqi (Bommidi) to (Sa salem) running delayed regularly due to officials worst duty. Due to this passengers, private employees, students are mostly affecting..

We need to reschedule this train earlier arrive at bqi bommidi 9.00am to sa salem within 10.00am.

For the better quality of service to the public we are requesting you to run this train on time or reschedule required for earlier travelling..

    Dear sir,
    I have done a booking on 27th may 2018 through online mood. Money has been deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. The next day they showed that the money will be refunded back to my account within 3-4 days. Now it has been 15 days and nothing is refunded. My transaction id: [protected] and also i have cancelled a ticket on 25th
    May 2018 with pnr no. [protected] and transaction id : [protected] and i have got the message that amount 550 will be credited and it has been 17 days till now. Theirs no refund from railways till now. I request you to please check and do the needfull i have attached the proofs like photo of mini statement from bank and it clearly shows that on 27th money has been deducted towards railway.

      I wanted to book a tatkal ticket in the ticket counter to travel from madurai to chennai at sholavandan railway station on 03.06.2018 in the morning we were in the queue from 9.00 am itself. By 11.00 am, when the tatkal time begins mr. Shanmugam who was sitting in the counter in duty reacted so lazily to book the ticket and he was not typing with the minimum speed and ended in booking ticket for the first form itself to a premium talkal which cost higher than the normal tatlkal ticket. So i didn’t go with that.
      He was involved in booking tickets for his relatives than the passengers waiting in the queue. We were asked about this and reported this to the station master.
      Its bring in to your notice that some of the employees in sholavandan railway station book tickets to their relatives first and not for the people waiting in the queue. It’s an ill-treat activity for the people like me who was in queue for a long time and getting a worst service like this.
      I just raise a question that unemployment in india raised and people like mr. Shanmugam are still in the service and doing worst services to people and still why should we give him with high privilege?
      He is subsequently telling like where ever you want to give complaint go and give nobody can ask me anything!. Is the way a service given to the people who spend their valuable time and provided with worst service by him…
      I need a reply…

      I am traveling from Bangalore to trivandrum in kochuveli express. 16315. Pnr no:[protected].we are unable to sit in the compartment becoz of bad smell coming from toilets . I booked tickets through irctc site.

        Respected sir,
        My pnr no. [protected], train no.16188, tcr to tpj, doj: 25/05/2018.
        I am from kerala travelling with wife and 4 children in ha1, 2nd ac to trichy for attending aiims entrance exam at trichy. The train was 1 hr late and we were sleepless till 01.00 am waiting for train at trichur station. Being tired, and also not familiar with outside kerala, and being in closed ac coach, we have noticed the board only when the train have just moved from trichy station. Soon the tte came and asked the ticket. We told as the train started moving, we shall get down at next station. He told he cant allow there further and told to move to sleeper coach. We at once stood outside the ac coach with luggage as moving to sleeper coach which is two 3 coaches away with children and each having luggage was not easy.
        He then came with another tte straightly asking ticket. They collected rs.3864 from me, even if i pledged i am not having extra cash with me, and gave a carbon copy receipt having no serial no. Showing some other seat no.in a1 coach, and they left there not redirecting us to sit anywhere. We get down at next staion budalur, with no cash in hand.
        The train fare from tcr to tpj is 4925, which we booked and the fare from tcr to budalur is rs.5200, difference being rs. 275 only. We feel both tte played a game to get cash.
        Even if we were treated as with ticketless travel, the double fare general ticket from ernakulam to budalur for 6 people will be much less.
        Kindly take action against these officials for behaving so while travelling with ladies and children only with me, going to a place o[censored]nknown language, putting us in financial crisis and refund the cash collected by them.

          Am currently traveling in train no. 12605 (Pallavan express). A group of people consisting of two women, two men and a small girl, boarded the train. Their tickets are not confirmed and hence they r still in waiting list. When some passengers enquired, they said that there is someone they know who will be the ttr today. Likewise, he came, they exchanged smiles and started talking huskily. A seat was empty, where that supposed to be present person, didn't come. He eyed her that seat and went. Likewise he did for all her family members. Is this how a government official should work?? Giving priorities to his family, and not doing his work as per norms? What about the person's money who didn't make it, and what about these people's original ticket?? Then what are we people who provide the ticket and it's proof??? These people should be brought in front of justice...

            I have booked ticket for 1st ac for travel on 4/06/2018 from tiruppur to chennai vide transaction id [protected] & [protected] on 31st may
            The amount debited was rs 1146.8 and another 1146.80
            Even though the ticket was available and money debited the ticket is not booked.
            Why my ticket is not booked even though the money is debited twice.
            Its not my mistake
            Now i am getting messages that refund will be done for 1135 in each transactions.
            We have spent time for booking these tickets end result is negative.
            Also why i should get lesser amount as refund

              I narendra kumar choudhury, citizen of india and travelling on 28 may 18 with pnr no.[protected]. I have visited the ac waiting hall at 13.30 hrs, duty staff informed in a unusual way that the hall is filled with passengers. I was told be wait outside and i was outside for 30 mins. I have noticed that the people who came after me were accommodated in front of me and i am still outside (You can see the visual by the 1st floor camera in the central railway station near to mco). I went inside after waiting outside 45 minutes, i asked about the people who went inside after coming to me to the staff. Staff has replied to me that it's not my duty to accommodate you i[censored] r waiting outside. So i would like to know that whats the duty of the staff inside the waiting hall and for who are waiting outside for avail the prepaid services provided by indian railway and the same to be informed against this complaint in my mail narendra. The complain has been written in the book provided by the staff as suggestion/ improvement book on 28 may 18 and same image of the complaint is uploading to this complain.

                Hi greivance officer,

                Please add more trains now the double track work has been completed.in summer, particularly, there is heavy rush and this time spl trains were not many in the sector mentioned in subject. I always see waitlisted passengers seated all over in the booked compartments. Always there is no rpf posted in trains to control them.

                I also urge railways consider cutting the quota given to our mlas, mps and mlcs who flock the railway reservation counter and always have their wish completed. Railways has to see that it serves the comman man the most.

                  11005 (Puducherry - dadar) mail express is to converted to super fast express and to reduce it's travel time by increasing it's speed. Katpadi jn (Kpd) has got only one daily train (16381/82) to mumbai and one biweekly express to mumbai. So please introduce another daily train which commences it's journey from katpadi junction and terminates at mumbai central either via renigunta, guntakal or via bangalore, pune. People who travells to nagarcoil, madurai not having trains in day time from katpadi junction, only one daily train is available that is available in night time. So please introduce one daily express train from katpadi jn to tirunelveli jn during day time, in order to increase the large movement of consumers between these cities, this train should be introduced via salem, erode, karur, madurai. One of major request is to provide stoppage for both madurai duronto express and howrah yeswantpur duronto at katpadi jn. This is the long term request of the vellore district people. I hope that my wishes is soon come out with flying colors.

                    Southern railway is the most disappointing, we've been booking our tickets way in advance, e. G: january 26th i booked my tickets for may, and back then it that the tickets were on rac, but, 3 months later it's still on bloody rac, and we are travelling to a boarding school, how in earth do we take that luggage and share the berth?

                    This happens all the time in southern railways, what's the damn point in advance booking?!

                    Really pathetic!

                    Do justice to advance booking, stop this nonsense! Really ridiculous, stop being money minded please!

                      Dear madam/sir, the amul kiosk located at platform no.4 has been selling expired food products that includes amul diary products as well. Please look into this issue as expired diary can harm consumers’ health and can make them sick for days together. I bought an amul lassi tetra pack on may 20th and noticed that the expiry date is march 31st.

                        I traveled in train no.16127 on 17.05.2018 in coach no. S3. Running time of that train is around 24 hours. One of the fan in my coach was not working. After my complaint to the ticket examiner, technicians attended at villupuram railway station. But unable to rectify the same. So all the passengers who traveled in s3 coach suffered a lot without fan and also sleepless night. Kindly look into the matter and compensate me suitably.

                          I have cancelled my train (Regular reserved) journey tickets -2 nos (Doj=[protected] and[protected] in kodairoad (Kqn) junction. But still the refund amount was not credited to my credit card. So kindly help me to solve this issue and refund amount rs, 565 to my account.

                          This compliant is regarding trian number 22602 (sainagar shiridi-chennai central)dated 6/5/201the train still at arrakonam fly over it has been long time we are waiting to reach, we are with small kids, it tough to be in train for long time please make sure to clear signal it will help full for us

                          I came to know very well that Tambaram Railway Station is going to become the 3rd Terminal in the Near Future. But at the same time, management of Railways should also think about the people of North and Central Chennai. Because, if once the Tambaram Railway Terminal Starts Functioning in the Future, the people living in the North and Central Chennai will find it very difficult to reach the Tambaram Railway station as it will take more than 2 hours for the people of North and Central Chennai to reach Tambaram. So, my kind Request is please operate only North Indian Bound Express Trains from Tambaram and Please operate the South Indian Bound Express Trains from Egmore Terminal only. So, it will be easy for the People residing in North and Central Chennai to catch the Express Trains quickly. I hope that the Railway Authorities will consider my Request .

                          My another Kind Request is Please make the Sabthagiri Express Train to Stop at Perambur Railway Station (To and Fro). So, it will be easy and comfortable for the people living in North Chennai to Catch the Train to Reach the Destination of Tirupathi. And also Please make all the Express and Super Fast Express Trains to Stop at Perambur Railway Station Permanently especially on the Returning Direction Towards Central Railway Station. So, it will be easy for the people of North and Central Chennai to Catch Either Bus or Unit Train to reach their own destination.

                          And Please make the Tirupathi Fast Local and Tiruttani Fast Local to Stop at Perambur Railway Station (To and Fro) permanently. So, it will be more easy and convinient for the people residing at north chennai to catch the train easily and quickly.

                          Hope the Railway Authorities will Consider My Request immediately.

                            Respected sir,
                            I have the booking done for goa to bangalore and my pnr[protected] which was w/l 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 we have been informed by the tt that from hubbali the tickets will be confirmed or rac as many seats going to be vacant.
                            Myself and my wife and 2 years kid and my elderly parents and a sister. Have been seat sharing with a family who been so kind enough to share the seat.
                            The hubbali station tt (Nagabhushan) who came to inspect s13 was so rude and have crossed his limits while conversation with my family and other ladies in the compartment. When asked why is he misbehaving in such manner he treathened us to throw out of the train.

                            My elderly father when asked what are you saying and i am a govt official too served and retired and i never misbhevaed like this, he threatened him also to throw us in the room.

                            To my shock when i requested him to calm down and see if he can just help is with one seat, even though there was a seat available he alloted that to someone else.

                              Sir,

                              I am traveling from Hindu college to chintadripet. At peak hours, people are sitting at the footsteps and refusing to move or get up. So others couldn't step up or down in to train. And those sitting at doorstep speaking unconstitutional words which makes students and others disgusting.

                              Could you please take a necessary action to ensure no passenger is sitting at the entrance at peak hours. It may leads to accidents even.

                              Sir Coimbatore railway station all platforms found surrounded with lot of Mosquitoes.and also all electric fans being idle and not run & this circumstances would be really dangerous to the passengers health. It would be better if railway board take necessary action for the prevention of mosquitoes in plat forms since it is a public place.

                                Dear sir/madam, last saturday i. E 05-may-2018 towards trains to arakonam destination to bangalore from chennai central lalbagh exp (12607) has been cancelled. I have booked 6tickets in 2s class in takkal through online irctc the details are given 1. Pnr no: [protected], cancellation id: [protected] / 2. Pnr no: [protected], cancellation id: [protected]. I had cancelled these ticket when we reached to central railway station has announced train cancel i have checked with inquiry section they has told to cancel the tickets and get the refunds accordingly i was done.                                   Travelled 16204, sapthagiri express by its name, doesn't reach it stations in scheduled time. Today 07 may 2018, started journey from tirupathi to chennai, we are still in tiruttaani at 10.30. Which is just 65 km from tirupathi. We expected to be near central at 10.45. This delay causes so much of frustration on railway. I thinking that this total delay is caused due to negligence of railway works and railway employees. Can you tolerate any passenger who don't have ticket then why should be tolerate of delaying. Hope you got my point. I don't think so even you see this message totally, if seen please take proper scheduling of trains or announce them the cause of delay. Passengers will take alternatives.

                                    Good morning,
                                    Iam a passenger of train no 82608 nagercoil jn to chennai central train, we have be compelled to stay near (6km to reach) arakonam for more than1.5 hours, you know, about the work going on this way, if so why you allow trains to pass this route even some alternative route is available through vizhupuram, we are not
                                    Getting even a tea whr the train lodged. Can we say this as an intentoonal harrasment to innocent passengers!
                                    Please do the needful at the earliest

                                      26.04.18, pnr : [protected], mas to sbc, 12639 travelling with my wife and 2 daughters. Travelling between chennai to bangalore, horrible experience, 3rd grade service by southern railways. Shame on southern railways, unable to control unreserved persons entry in reserved compartment right from central, where is your checking system, from arakonam, wallajah, katpadi, ambur, vaniyambadi, kuppam, bangarpet in all these station, plenty o[censored]nreserved ticket persons boarded our reserved compartment to the extent of not even possible for us to get out of our seat to go to toilet, wash basins, every where unreserved persons standing, when complained to tte, he says this is happening in this train on a regular basis, we are struggling to check intermediate boarding reserved ticket holders. Unreserved ticket holders are asking tte you railways very well know that this train is already full, but you people are keeping on issuing unreserved tickets in all intermediate stations, where will we stand and go, we have to get into reserved compartments only. All 6 doors, passages, in between seats, passage to move in the compartment every where people. Kindly stop reservation in these trains and make all compartments as unreserved so that there is no problem. From mas to train reaching k. R. Puram we could not even go to the toilets. Very very sorry state of affairs. Take action immly on top priority.
