I was traveling from bangalore to chennai on 24th august by 12008 shadabdi express in coach no 5. When the train arrived at bangalore station from mysore, all the coaches were not marked with the their coach nos on the outside and some coaches were wrongly marked. This led to confusion, with passengers getting into the wrong compartment with luggage and ladies and children struggling.
Again in coach no 5 seat nos 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 were not marked.
These are simple things, can this be done,
Southern Railway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
