On 23/8/2017 i had approached for 1st class ticket t katpadi railway station vellore to enter shtabdhi express from mysore to chennai. But first 3 counters refused to issue ticket saying not issuing. At the last counter when i aproched he issued he ticket. Ticket no. C87735506 dt.23/8/17 at time8.16 a. M. Why they behave like this. At that time there is no ordinary rush at all. I am only person at the counters. Why they given fat pays to make railways to get loss. And more over there is negligible percentage of passengers in shatabhi express. Ok. Ask them not make passengers to suffer and don't make railways to suffer loss. Whether govt
Wrong in privatizing when the staff behave like this. Non of staff in private firm won't do like this. If they do immediately door is shown. I am aged 68 years. Is is proper for them to torched senior citizens like this.

    The first class bogies of emu train fast local leaving from 0850 hrs from tamabaram is overcrowded and is being misused as non valid commuters that is people who does not have 1st class passes or tickets are boarding. Hence people who have paid more than 4 times over and above the 2nd class fare are enduring much hard ships. Can you kindly look into the matter and make an arrangement for checking the first class bogies.

      I was traveling from bangalore to chennai on 24th august by 12008 shadabdi express in coach no 5. When the train arrived at bangalore station from mysore, all the coaches were not marked with the their coach nos on the outside and some coaches were wrongly marked. This led to confusion, with passengers getting into the wrong compartment with luggage and ladies and children struggling.

      Again in coach no 5 seat nos 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 were not marked.

      These are simple things, can this be done,

        velachery station parking

        I am a regular passenger from velachery to mylapore to my office for the past 7/8 years. Nearly more than 10 months there is no authorised parking on the north side of the station. Recently parking has come on the south side of the station. But like me it is very difficult in the morning to go & park on the south side then catch the train, on monday i lost my cycle as i kept on the north side of the station. Also a college boy lost his brand...

        I recently visited yesvantpur station's parcel department to transport my two wheeler. After paying the parcel fees, the other guy who takes the receipt, writes the receipt number on the bike's packing and arranges for the bike to load into the train. This guy demanded to give rs. 100 to load the bike into the train. On opposing he refused to load bike into train. I had no choice but to pay him the money he demanded.

        Again, at the destination station, when i went to collect the bike, they too demanded money.

        Please take a look into this matter.

          Alappuzha non vegetarian refreshment room open 4 last 45 days ago, i have some bad experience on unsafe food from there for two to three times.in hat all moments i called the authorised personnel and shows the complaint. But they are repeated same unsafe behaviour on food preparation and dish washing, sometimes their food quality is very basest than other stores.

            Dear sir,
            I have booked retiring room for stay on[protected] vide transaction id [protected] and booking id masrr836699.
            In this regard i have sent cancellation request to sattion master through email [protected]@irctc.co.in.
            I have received reply stating that "email has been assigned ticket id [irctc#6418257].
            Since then i have not heard anything regarding cancellation and refund of money.
            Kindly look into the matter and oblige.

              Dear sirs,

              I booked 3 tickets for the train (No:09458/gimb ten spl) on 21st july for 25thy july journey. But the train was cancelled and didnt get any intimation for the same. The authorities and the station manager told that the amount will get reversed within 5-6 working days. Still now the transaction is not being processed. Kindly do the needful and reverse the amount of rs4155.. Herewith i am attaching the ticket also.

                I am travelling by 16793 Rameswaram Faizabad Express in Third AC coach, B2. The coach is shaking, rattling and produces noise while on the move. The charm of travel is lost apart from fear that any time the coach may rip apart. Both B2 and B1 have this problem. Please look into and rectify. I will be taking up the same train next week and will see the rectification. Thanks.

                  I am daily travelling in train from chetpet to guindy. The last three days am trying to renew my season ticket. Ticket issuer is telling that there is some problem with system for issuing season ticket. I really do no what is the problem and also ticket issuer is not giving proper explanation. This is happened in chetpet railway station. I asked for complaint book to write a complaint. He is not showing the complaint book to me. I request to take immediate action on this and try to solve the problem.

                  I was demanding ticket from SP koil to vandaloor but I got ticket from tambaram to chennai beach with yesterday date (13-aug_17)ticket.the man who is sitting in ticket counter is arguing and he is telling no checker on this route.

                    I am travelling in thiruchendur train form nazareth to tirunelveli while reaching palayamkottai the time is 8.30 a. M for palayamkottai to tirunelveli junction we can reach tirunelveli junction within 5 mins but in between palayamkottai to tirunelveli junction our train stoped in the outer for more than 30 mins in outer for crossing nagarcoil train from tirunelveli to nagarcoil or nagarcoil to tirunelveli junction it crosses our thiruchendur train after 15mins so our tarin moves into tirunelveli juction after 9a. M its to late and waste of time and its too late to move to our office so, please kindly undergo through this complaint

                      Pnr no.[protected] train no.12603 ii ac. - the compartment is not clean. The place near ac vent was dusty and ugly with cup web and i was not able sleep in that ugly surrounding. Collecting huge amount is not only railway's duty but it should also take proper action to keep the bogies clean to the satisfaction of passengers. I was affected due this dusty and ugly surrounding and had to spend for medical too.

                        (Chennai central to trivandrum)
                        I used to travel in this train on weekly basis. Last coach of this train was ladies coach. But few weeks ago due to certain reasons half coach has been made as ladies coach. But now there is a mingle of ladies and gents in this coach. Please take steps to solve this issue. Kindly concern about the safety of ladies.

                          Coach no-b2 seat no-48
                          There are some rat cages kept under my seat. And i am not even able to keep two on my baggage under the seat neither the cabin attended nor ticket checker is working to the problem. Which has caused my whole journey from ahmedabad to madgaon terrible getting me severe back pain as i had to keep all my luggage on my seat and i was not at all able to sleep on it. I want a strict action to be taken against this and get me reimbursement for my trouble during journey

                            Thanjavur district papanasam railway station...in this station before there is no parking charges for two wheelers, now some people collecting money from people.. But there is no shed, fence for parking area... This is happened knowledge of station master... Please check this... Collecting money is no problem but provide good parking area and then collect money

                              We travelled in samatha express in 2ac. The compartment was a2. It was very old compartment and there were issues in it. We faced lot of prblm due to mosquito and no prpr hygiene. A1 was new compartment. It would be bttr if southern railway would change the compartment. Seats were not that good and overall the compartment was not up to the mark. I would be thankful if you take it as granted

                                In chennai mrts all trains and stations are not maintained well for more than 6 years please maintain it. Or handover the mrts project maintanence to chennai metro or to the private organisation.in the mrts there is a no safety due to chennai is the metro city all cities are maintained well, why the government is not taking care of the government railways like mrts. The action should be taken by the southern railway or it should be give to private to maintained well plz do take action regarding mrts in chennai plzzzzz.
                                And please construct velachery to st thomasmount connection soon. It was stopped for more than 7 years by the southern railway and tamilnadu government

                                There are three general compartments at the back side of Train No.16527( YPR - KANNUR). Now for the last 5 days it was not seen, only AC Coaches are there instead of general coaches. It is very much difficult to travel because we are the daily passengers. To get the general coaches we have to go to the front of the train. So please help us.

                                  I am a regular traveller on beach - velachery subburn railway in chennai. Everyday i stand in first class compartment as other normal people are seated in it. No one takes action if complained any no of times. What tge use in tht case i am taking first class pass and standing where as the regular people take 5 rs ticket n come seated please do some checking frequently n do fine them

                                    Am elakkiya we 7 friends went to beach today from tambaram to beach we had our tickets with return. We reached the beach and when we return back we went to chepauk railway station we dont know that we have to take separate ticket for that that lady checker blackmailed us they collected our id cards nd blackmailed that shall we go to court they fined each o[censored]s with rs.260 we paid it as they spoke very rubbishly we requested them to excuse us. Sir what we did was made unknowingly but that lady checker hurted with their bad words sir we are students we have some respect but they insulted ane hurted us more and blackmailed us too because all o[censored]s were girls we panicked we paid the fine but they cancelled the tambaram to beach ticket too it hurted us more that money which we paid us fine was oyr parents money they gave us for buying book. And another thing is two boys were caught for not having ticket they excused them. But we are students why they didnt excuse us sir we are badly hurted they have to answer us sir we want our money back

                                      Incident in ernakulam south railway station. This kind of situation instead of sitting in the chair people are sleeping straight as they are sleeping in the bed & thus causes other people to stand.For sleeping they are cosuming 3 chairs. Railwsy police should take necessary action against these. They will walk here and tgere but the never utter a word to those people . I dont know why. This is happening always in the ernakulam south railway station.

                                      It is pathetic that railway authorities are not taking any action against those people lying on the chair and making disturbance to the people.
