Dear Sir,

Yesterday I travelled in train from Coimbatore to Ambur along with my daughters. 3.15 PM Train (PNR Number - [protected]).

Really I feel very disgusting to travel in the train, every were I found cockroach in the train, we cant able to sit in the seat, it is running here and there and climbing on us.

There are small children's are travelling with us, they keeping the hands on the window and againg keeping the hands on the mouth.

this will spread diseases to the small infants.

please take the immediate action and control the pest please.

Really really this was a very worst experience to me.

      I Suresh (PNR[protected] was to board BTTR MAS EXP (17237) at Nellore Railway Station today[protected] at 05-40 hours along with my Mother aged 75 years (PNR[protected] and my Uncle aged 70 years. Our coach number printed on the ticket was D-1. On arrival of the train at the Platform number: 4 we noticed that the coach next to the engine was marked as D-8 and we have started walking towards D1 assuming that the coaches are placed in the descending order. (Coach position display was switched off at Platform 4 at the time of arrival of the train) We rushed along side the platform in an attempt to searching for Coach D1, and walked all the way to the last coach next to Guard. Surprisingly there was no coach D-1 in the train and we all got panicked, as the train was about to depart from the station.. immediately we took the decision to board the train in coach 8. As the train moves, we were walking inside the running train to search for TTI, finally we met Mr M.Nageswara Rao on duty as TTI a coach D-2. and enquired him where about Coach D-1 in the train..he simply admitted the fact that the Coach next to the engine was wrongly marked as D-8 but that was actually D-1.
      Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that because of the carelessness of the concerned Railway staff we have to face the Physical strain and metal stress. Please imagine the situation - taking my mother aged 75 years and my uncle aged 70 years on the plat form, running from Engine to Guard coach with in the given Halt time and again inside the train walking all the way from Guard coach to Engine in our search for Coach 1.
      Because of the carelessness of the Railway staff we have to face the painfull experience today. I would request your good selves to take appropriate action against the staff concerned who is responsible for this grave lapse. Also I request you to avoid such lapses in future.

      After I insisted Mr.Nageswara Rao - to stick a paper marking D- 1 on the coach, he responded to our request at Gudur Railway Station.

          Pls find Above mentioned TDR Details, it was rejected by SR..

          We have time limit up to 72 hours due to party confirm e ticket after chart preparation, but Myself raised the TDR with in 7 Hours, but it was rejected. Pls reopen the same do the needful

            On Sunday 19th of June 2022
            We visited kings Langley train station to purchase tickets to go to Twickenham stadium
            To see England rugby. We Did not know what tickets to buy so we asked for assistance at the ticket machine. We pressed the assistance button on machine and spoke to a lady who we asked to help us we needed 2x day passes to go to Twickenham. And return She did this on the screen as we watched and said these are what you need. The tickets she sold us cost £25.60x2
            We asked if these were what we needed to get there and back and she said yes . When we got to Euston station we went to the information desk to be told we couldn’t use the tickets we had been sold and that the lady had sold us the wrong tickets also over charged us . We then had to spend more money to get the correct tickets. This caused great distress as we had to then use our food money to buy these, we were then Advertised to apply for our refund . I have been trying to get in touch for 2 days now with no joy please help me sort this out

              The Coimbatore- Tuticorin link express was much useful to the residents of Tuticorin district and nearby areas eventhough the timings were not convenient to the passengers (it is focusing to the main train i.e. Coimbatore - Nagercoil Express). Recently the link express was suspended, for which, RTI has been made. In reply to the RTI, the Railway authorities said that they are withdrawing link expresses.

              Oflate many of the passengers are suffering without this train. Otherwise they have to get down in Vanchi Maniyachi Railway Station by 2.30 a.m. and have to wait for the next train i.e. Pearl City Express which arrives there by 6.30 a.m.

              Kindly resume the Link Express or otherwise operate a new express either by existing route or by Coimbatore - Pollachi - Dindigul-Madurai-Tuticorin.

                I tried to get the parking pass for my two Wheeler in TVC and KZK stations from last one month. Every time they told we didn't receive any new pass, only renew the old one. Let me know any limitations provide from railway for pass issuer. Please take necessary actions against them and provide the pass.

                  I had performed journey at Tr. no; 16866 on 12/6/2022 from thanjavur to chennai with my family 4 members at B-2 coach (3rd AC). My ticket pnr: no is [protected] & our birth nos are B-2 /46, 48, 56, & 64. From thanjavur to chennai full night AC not working and we faces many trouble in the entire journey . The B2 coach WGACCN: 136107 made during 15/1/2014 is very old and not fit for travel, the toilets are very bad condition .My complaint must be accept and ratify the faults. As the a/c not worked at full night i am to request you considered the journey as non a/c sleeper class and take charge to non a/c sleeper class (instead of 3rd A/C) and return the balance amount to me immediately & report.

                    Regarding Transgender in Circar express 17643 train

                    I was travelling in Circar express train no 17643, when the train arrived Chennai Egmore the transgender people entered into the train and asked for money I have given some money they demanded high amount and raised their sarees and shown their private parts and talked in rude language and beaten me and stolen my money from the pocket, this is not the first time it happened so many times while I was travelling in this train especially happening...

                    Travelling in 16160 by sleeper reservation from Mangalore to Kannur but it was filled by General ticket passengers after crossing Manjeshwar station... it was suffocating condition and Ticket collector never seen till our reach to Kannur... very bad service

                      Water is leaking profusely from one hose between Platforms 3 and 4, close to Coach 10. Request to act immediately to stop water wastage. I personally saw this for more than an hour after a train departed from platform 4 as I was waiting to board. Tried my efforts to notify Housekeeping and temporary vehicle service personnel to help reach concerned team, but no luck.

                        My name is V, Sivaraman and I am 81 years old. My wife is Mrs, Syamala Sivaraman and she is 70 years old. We both have age related disabilities. We are travelling to Hyderabad from Chennai on 30.03.2022 by Train No 12759DOJ seat Nos A2 40 and A2 42 and PNR NO [protected] by Second AC Sleeper and returning on 02.04.2022 by Train No 12760 DOJ from Hyderabad to Chennai by Second AC Sleeper seat Nos A3 14 and A3 16 PNR NO [protected]. We are not able to get lower berths in spite of our advanced age and disabilities. One year back senior citizens concessions were withdrawn though normalcy has been restored concessions to senior citizens are not restored . We suffer . Our earning potential is absolute minimum. We plead to those who can help us in our flight

                          On[protected] I travelled with my wife in Charminar Express no. 12759 (PNR NO. [protected]) from SPE to SC in AC 2 tier, berths 19 & 21. The compartment, though looking alright, is not in good condition. To our utter disgust it makes lot of noise when the train picks up speed. Outside noise (noise of wheel - coach interaction) and internal loose fittings that make squeaking and hunting noise, etc made us sleepless. It was so irritating.
                          The travel was so pain some with sudden jerks and pushes. Perhaps, it needs inspection. I am attaching audio recording of the noise.

                            Sir,

                            On 16th March, 2022, Myself and my Sister-in-law went to Coimbatore Railway Station to board Chennai To Trivandrum Express (12695)

                            We got down at the back entrance of the Railway Station around 10.00 pm

                            When I went to buy Platform Ticket, there was nobody in the Counter to issue tickets. It was closed.

                            There was a sizable amount of travellers waiting to buy tickets.

                            Even the Automatic Ticket Vending Machine also non functional.

                            Nobody is there to attend us . It's a pity.

                            Also there was no display of Trains Arrival and Departure.and coach positions.

                            We had to rush to the main entrance to know about the details from tbe Enquiry Counter.

                            It is very pathetic Sir.

                            Coimbatore being a very busy Railway Station and thousands of people are traveling to various destinations, the basic needs of the passengers are simply refused.

                            I request you to inspect the station personally and do the needful.

                            Or, simply close the back entrance of the Railway Station.

                              on 16/02/2022 my mother (B.Kasthuri ) travel in local emu train minjur to nandiambakkam while getting down from nandiambakkam station a unknown person suddenly came and snatching my mother chain 5soverign gold and she fall down i reached home late night on next day i went to korkupet GRP station and meet inspector and raise FIR ( 25/2022) but till now iam not getting positive response from railway police .my mother mentally distrub. i hope railway police take necessary steps to get back chain and future no women passenger suffer like my mother .

                                Myself Jockin Vedamuthu 39 M, my wife 34 F and 4 years old son, was travelling on Sun 06th Feb 2022 From Tirunelveli to Mumbai CSMT PNR NO: [protected], as per Railways we can carry upto 35 Kg per person for 2nd Seating General Compartment, so approx 70 Kg we could carry as we were 2 person travelling,

                                In Tirunelveli Station no one stopped us for carrying a baby cycle which weighted 8 to 10 KG approx in Tirunelveli Entrance or Platform, in journey at Kovilpatti next station a Ticket Conductor (TC ) came and saw the Baby Cycle, he immediately took the book and asked for fine amounted to Rs. 1000/-

                                Kindly refund some amount or full amount to my PayTM number as ticket was booked through PayTM,

                                Please find attached, Train Ticket with FIned Receipt for carrying a baby cycle with Photo, Baby cycle tyre is made of thermocol light weight cycle for 3-4 years old kid.

                                Please do the needful, and hopefully kindly keep 1 person for cautioning passengers while carrying such things in train if fine is going to be levied in railways is my humble suggestion.

                                  I am travelling in kanyakumari express on feb 9, 2022. I was waiting for the train in platform no. 8. The announcement said the coach A2 will be in coach position 17. But when the train came A2 coach was in position 19. This is not the first time.. Even for the previous journey the situation was the same. With luggages aged people and people with children suffer great difficulty. Kindly make necessary measures and make passengers comfortable.

                                    Rude behaviour to all passengers.she must be warned for his behaviour.passangers are not servants or slaves for her.

                                    We have booked our seats in sleeper and got confirmed. Unfortunately 3 of girls our family members not got seat confirmed. So we take open ticket and planned to accommodate in our seats.as the trip is short period (4 hours). Whe TTE came for check we got our tickets checked and informed since other are girls we cannot able to send them to unreseved coach.with no time she replied in rude way no we cannot able to accept ask them to move to unreserved.

                                    Again we informed we can give penalty or if you have any seats pl confrim us. By the time almost 2 hrs of our journey over. She again started shouting in rude way no we cannot able to accept this makes distrubance to other passengers.

                                    But actually until she came there is pure silence in compartment and all are started sleeping. After she started shouting like barking dog. All compartment started watching us and she started created sceans to show all she is disciplines in her duty.

                                    She stopped barking only when one of the guy agree that he will go to unreserved instead of girls.

                                    Even in midnight TTE also women but she is not giving protection to women.

                                    Inhumanity behaviour.

                                      I was waiting in virudhunager railway station on 23-january-2022 in ticket counter from 3.00 AM for getting a ticket towards Narikudi. But no one was there till 5.00 AM.. I asked to the station master he didn't respond properly.I saw a lady sleeping in announcement room and enquired her.. she replied harshly that tickets will be given after 5.30 AM only.But she was the one in duty.In between this time there is a lot of trains crossing virudhunager But since the seat was empty most of the passengers boarded the train without tickets.
