Dear sir
My train was cancelled for pnr [protected] from boarding station due to natural calamity/heavy floods in kerala. Since we were not in a position to retrieve our tickets due to electricity down and non access to internet. Southern railway had already issued a statement through all leading news papers as railway have decided as a very special case to permit tdr's till sep 15th against normal rule of within 3 days from journey date.

Requesting you to please consider this as a special case and process my refund. I am contacting through irctc care and even send mails to commercial agm, ddgp, adrm, cco_mas claims but no response received and my previous mails were ignored with out knowing the proper customer issue.

    The train number 40803 reaches walajabad by 5.18pm. It will stopped till 5.56 for giving crossing for 40956. At the same time 40956 reaches kanchipuram by 4.45pm. The unwanted stopping at walajabad of 40803. The station master planning to travel in this train 40803 after crossing of 40956. Work to service people's. Not to hurt the public. Time is precious for people's. Most of them travel from kanchipuram to other place.

      The train number 40803 traveling time from tambaram to walajabad is 2 hrs. Four crossings for express train and Emu's. And this train stopped at SP Koil for gate opening. The train stopped at Katankulathur, SP koil, Palur, and Walajabad for crossing. I already complaint about this train so many times. What you think about towards kanchipuram trains. I put a complaint to ministry of railways. Worst running status if this train

        I have been traveling on train between senchottai to tirunelveli passenger train for more than year. I will get the train on tirunelveli town for tirunelveli junction it's just next station and charge is only ten rupees. Everytime, while i'm going to junction i use railway mode but there's no station master to issue the passenger tickets. So i can't able to use the train because without proper tickets any time i can able to fined for without tickets. So now a day's i'm avoiding the train for this simple reason. He's not doing his job it will causes punishment in tirunelveli junction railway station

          I am facing lot of problems due to my mobile number written in so many train toilets for sex chat and body massage and sex etc. I don't know who is written all are calling and disturbing me day and night please I request you please remove my numbers From Kerala trains, Tamil Nadia trains, karnataka trains and Andra trains toilets and in compartments.

            Dear team,

            Yesterday at park railway station (14th aug 2019, 10pm), the heavy rain water from the shelter top directly falls over the electric switch & plug boxes kept for mobile charging. Which is seriously dangerous one. Any short circuit can lead big accident. I do attached a photo for proof. Kindly take an action to avoid major injuries in future.

            The morning trains from beach to Tambaram/Chengalpattu are not keeping up the timings as per the new schedule, especially in the morning. As we commute in trains in the morning to reach our colleges/offices on time, delayed trains makes it difficult to be on time. I request the department of railways to ensure the correct timings of trains.

              Hello,
              I am one of the public. Daily we are travelling gummdipundi to chennai central, very worst travel in this side after 18.00pm. Hardly will take to reach gummdipundi 2 1/2hours. There is so much of patients, house wife, child baby, very public will take the risk to travel.

              Minimum travel to central to gummdipumdi hardly will take 1hr but daily so much of signel problem, xpress crossing, and not mainting gate keeper.

              So please take a action to reduced the timing.
              And we need fast every 1hrs.

              No one picking the call at the station ...the video taken by the guy showing the incident got viral...so I tried to call the same no. Today...but same happen.

              Need action against this irresponsible behaviour.

                I am an regular passenger traveling from Thiruvarur to Tirichi and at Thanjvur station vendors from shop and in train collecting RS. 20 for Rail neer which is actually RS. 15. Why the consumer law is not working in railways except in Kerela State.

All wires are here and there and station master of meenambakkam railway station doesn't switch on fans even in hot summer.                     Recent past weeks in the rush hour railway operate most of trains to beach as ladies coach (First six compartment for ladies and last six compartment for general). It means railway assumed 50/50 male/female. Unfortunately your assumption is wrong. Only 33 percentage female and 67 percentage male are travelled. It is clear that all ladies coaches not occupied. 67 percentage male passengers travelled rest of six compartment likely goods train. Please do field verification. Suggestions. Female and male ratio as 4 : 8. It should be first 4 for ladies and last 8 for only gents or first and last two compartment for ladies middle eight for gents. Thank you.

                      From single ladies special train you guys are providing 2 ladies special. Announcing first 6 coaches are for ladies apart from the 2 existing ladies compartments. How the hell do you think in remaining 4 coaches the public can board. Atleast if you guys planned not to send both ladies special one after other it would have made sense. Worst worst ever services provided by tambaram railway authorities.

                        I have lost a black colour bag with certificates in the name of prvallika, please help me find it.

                        This happened while travelling from beach road chennai to tambaram station. We got off the train by leaving the black color bag. Please help me find my certificates.

                        Please help me get contact details of respective people who clean the train and depoist bag if found in train. Or let me know where i can find the information.

                          Arakkonam ladies train was usefull and ideal for ladies especially
                          For school childrens in the morning time and office goers in the morning
                          As well as in the evening. But from 1-7-2019 it is split as 5 compartments
                          Only for ladies and 4 compartments for common. Now there is no place for lot of ladies as they are standing while travelling in this train because already it is full while arrival in chennai beach station. Actually this is
                          Disgusting and none of the ladies travelling in this arakkonam ladies train
                          Expected this to happen. Instead only male passengers are satisfied,
                          Eventhough they got occupancy in most of the compartments
                          In all the emu trains, out of which there is only 2 compartments for ladies
                          In all the emu trains. So we request the railways to reverse the order as
                          Arakkonam ladies train for full occupancy of ladies atleast from
                          Velacherry to thiruvallur and then continue for occupancy of
                          Ladies and gents till arakkonam. Hope this will be changed effect from
                          Atleast 1-8-2019 onwards.

                          For the past 4 days the Chennai Local Train is departing early then it's actual departure time. Which cause inconvenience to everyone especially those who are going to work.                             Train no.40557, beach-chenglepet train was operated at 18.07hrs till 30.6.19. But from 1.7.19 onwards its timing was changed to 18.27 hrs. The gap between the previous chenglepet emu and this one is nearly 1 hr.

                            Since it is quite obvious that 18.00 hrs is the peak return time of the office goers, this time gap leads to foot board travel on the already crowded train. It is high time when we reach our destinations.

                            Considering he safety scenario, southern railway may please consider of operating the beach-chenglepet emu at the old time (18.07hrs) itself.

                              SR has revised the Chengalpattu - Beach emu train timings. Though the trains are scheduled in good manner to serve the people, the train never arrives the station in the scheduled time. Further in the evenings there is a long gap between the trains to Chengalpattu which results in reaching home very lately. Such long gaps and non arrival in the stipulated time only results in over crowd of the train. Hence arrival of train and extension of ladies special train upto Chengalpattu is requested.

                                Suddenly your office changed the full ladies special train into half. This creates a lot of practical problem to us.
                                Today in the first ladies special train, out of the allocated first 6 coaches gents boarded the train in coach 2 and 4.
                                Nobody deboarded them.

                                Please look into the matter. We are comfortable with the existing practice of full ladies special single train. Even gents were used to it and until june we faced no such problem of gents boarding ladies special

                                  From 1.7.2019, train no. 40557 beach-chenglepet which usually starts at 18.07 hrs have been rescheduled to 18.27 hrs. The gap between the previous chenglepet (17.38 hrs) and this emu is nearly 1 hour. As this is the peak hour of travel of the train commuters, this particular train is over crowded.
                                  As this is already overcrowded in the fort station itself, people going beyond tambaram station are forced to travel on foot board or else not able to board the train in the forthcoming station. Also we are reaching our destination very late (Late by more than half an hour).
                                  We request to resume the chenglepet service in the same time (18.07 hrs) and postpone the tambaram emu (Now starting at 18.07hrs at beach station) to 18.27 hrs. So that, we the chenglepet train commuters could travel safely and reach our destination in time.
                                  Railway could consider this, since prior to 18.07 hr emu, 2 ladies special trains are departing, no problem is for passengers of tambaram.

                                  The timings of beach-chenglepet has been rescheduled at 18.05hrs at beach from 15.7.2019 onwards. Able to reach our destination in time. Also overcrowded has been avoided.

                                    Sir/madam,

                                    I'm sorry to inform that at arokkanam junction it is very confusing for passengers to board the correct platform. There are many numbers written in each platform. Platform 6&7 across platform 1 is very hard to find. There is no proper indication in platform 1 to go to platform 6 & 7. I'm sorry to say that arakonam junction is a famous place and it is without proper indication and signs to lead to correct platform. I'm feeling very sad to say this even though we live in an era of technology at its peak : (Request you to properly put signs to correctly lead passengers to correct platforms and for a happy ontime journey for the passengers.

                                      The local train from chengalpattu to chennai beach is always not arrived on time. It is delay by 30 minutes always which inturn we passenger not reached our office within the time.. Because only one track is available after the tambaram station. If express train comes then local trains are getting delay by 20 to 30 minutes. So that other trains also getting delayed and people suffer more and travelling in a footboard which results in accident. Every year new people's are coming to chennai with lakhs in numbers (Who are searching jobs) but the number of trains is not increased so far. We are very frustrated by daily going to office not within the time... Please increase the train frequency... Passenger s are really struggling in train and travelling footboard on a daily basis because train is not increased according to the number of increasing people in chennai. So that only it happening. Please consider it mind. No one is caring about the people in chennai..

                                        I am kasi a, i am from madurai, i booked train ticket for 12 persons from madurai to raichur, in counter ticket by using sbi credit card for journey on[protected] afterwards due to some personal, i cancelled 4 tickets. Still now i didn't get my refund money, i will went there for 3 times but there is no response. I ask the reservation superintendent, he simply say it will take more time to refund, afterwards he gave a landline no:[protected] and email: [protected]@irctc.co.in. That landline simply ringing only no response. Otherwise i will file a complaint against southern railways
