False promise were made at the time of booking ie. Amount wavier and 1% referral amount on agreement. They refused after agreement.
Like sample flat furnishing has not given into the flats.
Each flat having different sizes.
Balcony and shaft are having floor gaps. Rats or snake can easily come to any floor. Its risky for childs also. No plan to cover those gaps.
Possession delaying on 6 months basis.
They have lot of excuses for your each complaint.

The planing is very bad and to hide the sprinkler duct they have done false ceiling which is not at all looking good, no aesthetic sense.
Electrical connection are not planned. Because of delay, we are now going to pay 18% GST, which will add on more 80k on 1BHK flat. What can we do about this, its a big pinch to the pocket.

I have received email that they got the OC, no while taking possession will they charge us for the club house?? I dont see it coming up for years...please advise those who have flat in balaji symphony.

There are delays in possession for more than 2 years and builder not offering or agreeing on and compensation for delay in possession. Builder Vinay Shravan Kumar Agarwal is is Fraud adamant
Do not invest or buy any property in this project
