Sparkclues.com — no product (mobile handset) information after payment, wanted to know debit card details

On 26th october 2019, i paid 1000 rupees for a redmi 8 onyx black phone, through google pay (Orderid20937). It showed sender's name as k k traders, [protected]@upi. The sparkclues.com checkout page showed that a whatsapp message will be forwarded from my number containing the details of the payment. But whatsapp showed it to be "invalid number". Hence i called the customer care number ([protected]- kanchan, mh-true caller id). The person forwarded me a message and asked me to send it to another number ([protected]), from which an lvb upaay app registration started on my phone. The person from the customer care number asked me for my debit card information as well as the upi number. I did not provide any other details. They said that nothing can be done unless i share those details.
