This Spectra company people are selling plots in the name of DTCP or YTDA in Yadadri. When we enquired those plots are actually agriculture land. They are charging huge amount per square yard in the name of EMI. No response from them when we ask for proofs for any approval. Don't take any plots in this company until unless they show proofs.

Almost all their plot ventures in Yadadri has no approvals. I am repeating again ask to show what approval they have before buying any plot in this Spectra company. Don't hurry & buy the plot in EMI. Before you pay 11000/- also, ask them to show the venture approval proof.

Hi team, i paid complete amount for plot in the month of august 2018. The agent mr. Harish has promised to give regustration documents within 40 days. Till date we have not received it, neither agent is giving proper response. Customer name: sunil kumar shukla pass book no: 5720.
If you guys cannot give papers refund should be given. Else we need to take a legal action against company. Please do the needful team.

I did 100% payment in the month of jan 2018, but after 8 months also i haven't received my registration documents, and concerns executives (Mr. Praveen) of spectra also is not answering my calls, i tried more than 100 in single days also he is not picking my call,
What is the service is want to give spectra to customers i am not able to understand.

Spectra management has to respond, whether they are able to provide registration document or you are going to refund my amount with interest??

I, Ranganath Samudrala and my relatives bought around 15 plots in spectra mallapur venture from Mr.Jatothu Nehru, a sales executive, its been two years but no development and no approval from dtcp as the promised, they are just passing time, the plot number in document varies from the plot number in location, been to office couple of times but no response, want to try here once before going take help of police and honourable judiciary

I requested East facing plot at my proposal area but they told all the plots sold out in that are and alloted me west facing plot in a worst area. When asked about it then they are saying we will arrange the plot in your Interested area .
Here I already paid amount of 30500/-

I just got irritated with the behaviour and flase statements of the marketing person Mr. Santosh Reddy . I just asked him about cancelation process. Then he started showing his original behavior of frauding the people and he said I don't know the peocess of canceling you talk to my superior. I just asked him what is your company quality policy.

I am in the process of getting refund of my money today I will try to call the office in Hyderabad then I will cancel my proposal.

Here the money is hard earned but these people's are behaving like this how to proceed legally. Any body please suggest me. The plot for which I booked is 120 sq.yrd. my pass book number is 1645.

I request the spectra management to improve their customer care policy and try to educate their staff and give proper training about the customers and their requirements full filling processes.
