I have so many complaints against the collections executive as below:
1: The executive will not turn up for 2-3 months and request to clear the dues.
2. In spite of many requests to come on weekends, the executive will be coming on regular days.
3. No respect to the customers.
4. Need to be transparency company and they need to provide necessary soft skills to the executives.
5. Executives are not professionals.
6. Even their supervisors don't understand the issues completely.
