Sub: refund and cheating of spectra developers

I made payment for rs.2, 12, 500/- for 125sq. Yards plot (Situated at yadagirigutta) in spectra
Developers, hyderabad, andhra pradesh in the month of may.2010 then those provided receipts for rs.1, 83, 000 and rs.29, 500/- collected for registration charges - after those received the payment not responding to me and not registering the plot. I also somany times visited the office located in hyderabad there is no response from theirside. Those not registering the plot and refusing to process the refund of rs.2, 12, 500. I was completely mentally harassed and tortured with them.

It was cleared those collected with me money to cheat my hard earned money, crystal clearly i was duped and cheated by spectra developers
