I would like to report fraudulent and misleading recruitment practices carried out by Spectrum Career Management Private Limited. They posted job listings (claiming tie-ups or recruitment for private/corporate banks like HDFC or Bandhan Bank) through portals like the National Career Service (NCS) or social media/WhatsApp. After initial contact, their representatives conducted a nominal interview and subsequently started demanding money under different heads—such as registration fees, file charges, training fees, or security deposits (ranging from minor amounts like ₹120 up to several thousands). Once the payment is made, they continuously demand more funds and fail to provide any legitimate employment. This is an organized scam targeting job seekers. I request strict action against them and a refund of the extorted money.
