I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my experience with Spectrum Career Management Private Limited and to request the cancellation of my enrollment along with a refund of the amount paid.

I attended the training session conducted on 01 October 2026 with the expectation of receiving clear information regarding the recruitment process and employment opportunities. However, several concerns arose during the session that have caused me to lose confidence in the program.

Firstly, when candidates raised genuine questions regarding job availability, recruitment procedures, placement assurance, and the involvement of banks in the hiring process, these queries were not addressed satisfactorily. Instead of providing clear explanations, the host continued with the presentation while participants remained confused about important aspects of the program.

Secondly, multiple candidates who attempted to seek clarification were muted, and some were reportedly removed from the session without receiving proper answers. The overall conduct during the session appeared unprofessional and discouraging to participants who were simply seeking transparency before investing further time and money.

I am also unable to understand how placements can be assured in locations near a candidate's PIN code without confirmation of active vacancies. Furthermore, it remains unclear why banks would recruit candidates through this channel instead of conducting recruitment directly through their official career portals and established hiring processes.

After the session, I conducted independent research and found numerous complaints and allegations online regarding misleading recruitment practices, fake offer letters, repeated demands for payments under different heads, and non-fulfillment of promised employment opportunities. While I cannot independently verify every complaint, the volume and nature of these reports have raised serious concerns regarding the credibility of the process.

In light of the above concerns, I no longer wish to continue with the program. I therefore request:

Immediate cancellation of my enrollment.
A full refund of the amount paid by me.
Written confirmation that my enrollment has been terminated and no further charges will be applied.

If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily within a reasonable period, I reserve the right to pursue appropriate remedies through consumer grievance forums, cybercrime reporting mechanisms, and other relevant authorities.
