Spectrum Career Management Private Limited — Misrepresentation / Fraudulent Business Activity

I wish to bring to notice potentially fraudulent and misleading recruitment activities carried out under the name of Spectrum Career Management Private Limited.

The company or its representatives posted job listings on the National Career Service (NCS) portal claiming recruitment for private banks such as HDFC Bank / Bandhan Bank. Candidates were contacted through WhatsApp by persons claiming to be bank HR.

During communication, candidates were asked to share personal documents including caste certificate and were demanded a nominal amount via QR code to initiate recruitment/verification, with assurance of selection mail and training details after payment.

Such practices amount to misrepresentation, unethical recruitment, and misuse of company registration to mislead job seekers. Private banks do not authorize agents to collect money or documents in this manner.

I request the Ministry to examine the activities of the company and take appropriate action as per Companies Act and applicable laws.
