Its about the speed post india. Details of package – no. Em[protected]in. Sent from mumbai to hyderabad
I have posted my package on 6th of march 2018 it's been more than 17 days today it didn't get delivered yet. Package should ideally get delivered by 7 th march as per the timeline they have mentioned in a receipt. It was very urgent to get that package delivered. Tried calling all toll free no. And post office no. Nobody responded properly and if any issue is there post office people should have call me. I want my package to be delivered early and i want refund also. Very bad service not expected from speed post. I tried complaining about it but it was showing you can complain after 15 day. After 15days i am trying to register a complain it's giving me an error as attached in a file. What should i do as a consumer facing a really bad experience as it was very urgent vto get that pakage delivered on time.
