Speedpost — the didn't courier my any documents in my address

Please provide as much information as possible... My important document dispatched from sbi mumbai branch name suwastik park and i received message that they have dispatched it on 27th ouctober 18. When i checked in the tracking system, i found that it has been delivered to speed post on 12 october 18. But still i have not received the speed post. When enquired in local post office and with the regular postman, they are denying of your address incorrect i am not sure what step i should take now...
