I have ordered 'london dairy premium ice cream vanilla 125ml' from spencer's online app. I have attached the photograph of what i received. A smelly, almost 2/3rd eaten ice cream which from the smell and texture i am not even sure is vanilla although the box reads its vanilla, it smelled that bad. I have given feedback on that very day (12th august) to the spencer's app but even after 1 week i have not heard from them. I am disgusted with such a cheap quality food. I have attached all the necessary documents. I want to make customers aware of such degrading standards of food supplied by a leading store.
