I have ordered 'london dairy premium ice cream vanilla 125ml' from spencer's online app. I have attached the photograph of what i received. A smelly, almost 2/3rd eaten ice cream which from the smell and texture i am not even sure is vanilla although the box reads its vanilla, it smelled that bad. I have given feedback on that very day (12th august) to the spencer's app but even after 1 week i have not heard from them. I am disgusted with...

While it is a rule that people shouldn't be charged for a plastic bag with the company's logo on it, Spencer's Hypermarket Bowenpally, Hyderabad charges extra for the bag with their name on it.As I understand, this is wrong and not only this store does this sort of business, but a lot of other major corporate stores like Spar, D-Mart also do this.This is wrong and I think this should be stopped, and we shouldn't be charged extra....
