I ordered food items on spencer's retailer application online worth rs. 827/- through debit card on 11th april 2020. The order got cancelled eventually next day i. E on 12th april 2020 at 5.40pm but i didn't receive any refund till date i. E 02nd may 2020. I tried contacting spencer's customer care but still i didn't receive any satisfactory response or my refund. The order id given at the time of cancellation of order is #[protected]. I request my refund as soon as possible and also demand compensation for not giving a satisfactory response which effected my mental health in this time of need due to covid-19.
