[Resolved]  Sphere Services — fraudulent company demanding money

Updated by Adm12345 I am Niti Prasad. Actually I took data typing job from the Gujarat based company "Sphere Services" which I completed within the allotted time with the accuracy required. But after submitting the work, they generated my QC report saying that my QC report failed and id is terminated and I have to pay the penalty amount to the company. The company did not pay me for the hard work and time I put to complete their work and instead they are demanding from me! I did not agree with the QC report generated and emailed them regarding my query on the report. They replied with an unsatisfactory answer saying: "Dear user,
Accuracy is counted on over all work not for single page." Henceforth they are continuously blackmailing me by calling and sending emails that they have lodged issued legal notice and in case of no reply they will take police help. The person who called was very rude and talked in an abusive manner. I think everyone facing such issues should take steps against this fraudulent company and their blackmails. Infact we should file a case against them for harassment. I am also attaching the emails sent to me by this company for proof and any further action against them.
