Company named farmiva called me and said I have been selected for data entry work from home . They told me to send ID and sign. I said I have problems to signing and they asked my I'd and they uploaded Then send me a contract saying if I don’t complete my work with in 7 days I have to pay them 6400s .When I got to see the conditions and informed them then I can't agree they dint reply me and now. Today advocate Mayur joshi send me a advocate associated firm which says they have filed a case on me . And said pay 6400 for cancellation or else meet in court ..please help.me out i paid him the money and now he is asking to pay enen more please help me

Asking for Money to cancel the agreement, which was cancelled after penalty and issuance of NOC by the company
Dear Concern,
A so-called Advocate on behalf of Sphere Services is asking me Pay around 55k to get the agreement cancelled with Sphere services.
In 2018, I was a student and had opted for this part time job. I did like the work and hence, I paid a penalty of around 7.6k and got the work cancelled and received one NOC from noc.[protected]@gmail.com.
The topic was closed as per my knowledge. But now all of a sudden a lady named Neha Sharma calls me over the phone and tells that your case was under arbitration and is reopened by Sphere Services. She is, rudely, asking me pay the amount and get the agreement cancelled, which was cancelled after me paying the penalty and getting the NOC from Sphere Services.
Now I don’t understand this rubbish.
Kindly, take requisite action against these people so that innocent public does not get harassed any more.
I have attached necessary documents photos and email clips for reference.

I have already complaint in this website 2 years before and my problem solved now again they are calling me and harrassing that your file has reopened but 2 years back i have paid the amount of penalty and aggrement cancellation and then now they are saying your file is reopened pay the amount 14000 otherwise i will file a case on you and yesterday they send me breach under indian like this email they are blackmailing me like this so please get me out of this scam

harrasment call and legal threatening by advocate (sanjeev gupta)

I have applied & agreed the contract by sphere service company. Company provide me a data entry job but i didn't complete that work after a week one notice have issued to me for not complete their task & i have to pay the loss rs. 7500/- occurred. One of the client advocate mr. Arun dixit have intimate me via his letter head for the same.
In the mean time one associate advocate mailed me to resolve & closed the legal procedure by the company loss of rs.7500/- which i have made and also get the clearance letter (Noc) from sphere service company.
But, now again mr. Sanjiv singh (Legal officer ph. No [ ([protected])] again mailed me that they going to issue a legal notice against the breach of contract after 15months. To cancel the contact we need to pay rs.15500/- immediately. But i didn't pay yet and they calling me again and again, and saying pay the amount otherwise a legal notice will be issue against to you
Secure your help what to do next... I am in very mental troma/ harresment living with my small family.. Please help me

This company has been asking money again and again, when i joined they asked me to complete the data entry job within a certain time and with a accuracy of 90%, when i requested them of quitting they didn't respond and after a month, they called and said that i will have to pay 7700 for not completing the work or else they will take legal action, and i paid, after that when i said i wanted to quit they asked again an amount of 5000 which o paid and they gave me noc, after that they called me after 3-4 months and said i have to pay 12, 800 for clearing of noc, or else i will have to face legal action, and when i objected asking their genuinity they didn't contacted me till this time and now they are sending me mails to submit 78, 700 rupees or else to face court. I am a college going student and i cannot pay this much and once given noc why do they have to haunt me again and again, this is my second complaint and i have all the proofs regarding my payment.
I request to. Please look into this issue and revert as soon as possible.

Hi..
I am very depressed from last two days as i received a email from associate advocate (Mr. Arush shukla) on behalf of sphere services company to clear my outstanding dues. Whereas i have made it clear by paying rs. 4500/- and receive noc for the same, again after 15months they are asking to pay me rs.12500/- for clear the outstanding & to free from legal procedure in future.
After discussed with the advocate mr. Arush shukla ([protected]) i have paid the amount rs.12500/- again now he is saying to pay a court security of rs.20500/- for processing the clearance of court documents. Which was also paid. Again after paying the same mr. Arush shukla is asking to pay rs. 10500/- for court stamp duty & courier hard copy the documents.
I have receive the noc copy of rs.4500/ & 12500/ for clearance of all my dues.
Need you help to get rid from legal proceeding or any fraud person urgently.

black mail me if I paid money so they sent me legal notice for court

I found their advertisement online, and filled up their form. They called me up and it was a lady, she just told me about the data entry and told me to give my i'd proof and a audio call, then she send me an agreement which said that i had to complete and assignment of 150 pages in 15 days with 90 percent accuracy. She also told me that they had a registration fee of about 6150 rupees which will be deducted from my first salary that is 13500 rupees. Due to some reason i wasn't able to finish it and i even messaged that lady regarding quitting the job, i even asked them that i was ready to pay the registration fee and call it a quit.
They did not respond and after one month they called me up and one all ok was talking as a legal adviser and told me that they had filed a case against me as i didn't paid their fine and now either i had to come to court or give them an amount of 7500 rupees.
I was scared but i managed to send them this money as i wanted to end it but then they said that i had to pay 6000 more to break the agreement, which also i had paid on the same day and after that they send me an noc in the letter head of their company name.
Then after probably after 1 year now they r calling and mail me and telling me that i had to get court clearance by giving them 12000 rupees. This made me suspicious and i checked online when i saw so many complaints regarding this company. Their noc clearly stated that their is no pending payment from. My side and the case is closed, still they are calling me again and again.
They did not respond and after one month they called me up and one all ok was talking as a legal adviser and told me that they had filed a case against me as i didn't paid their fine and now either i had to come to court or give them an amount of 7500 rupees.

I just don't understand as to why i was temporarily suspended? Is it within my control if i have a lot of likers or voters? Is it wrong to chat with a lot of people? Is it wrong to be creative? How can you suspended me while there are a lot of people there harassing others. I have spent a lot of my time, effort and energy on this platform hoping to earn a living but then i got suspended?? That's very unreasonable.

sir even I am trapped. I am a student of B.com 2nd semester. In order to earn money due some problems at my home I decided to work online..Honestly sir i could not complete my work within the dead line they gave me..So they asked me penalty so trusting them i have paid my penalty n also asked extension..i even got my extension for 3 days. After submitting my work i got a text my QC Report has been termitted..yesterday on 30 november 2018 at 10:48am. I got a text " your court notice has been issued and you need to be present at Latur Civil Court on 2 december 2018." than i called at that no.and that person referred himself as advocate Rahul Sharma and said I just need to go there for a sign. Due to problems I am not able to go such a far place maharashtra latur. I said i[censored] jst want a sign i wl be giving it digitally...And that advocate said me i[censored] sign digitally u need to pay amount Rs15550.

Sphere services called me and offered me a to do typing work on 20 july but after taking work i realised that something is not good about this company and now after 2 months on 28 september their lawyer called me and said that we filling a case against you have to come to the police station and we are proceeding legally and called for money. And now blackmailing me that we are gone file complaint against you in police station

I received a call from a company regarding work from home.They asked for my ID proof and made me sign a contract.They refused to disclose the companies name by than.As soon as I came to know about the company name I searched for them and they turned out to be a fraud company. I refused to work for them and now they are asking for money for breaching the contract or they will file a suit. I have been getting regular mails and it has detrioted my mental peace now.They are threatening me continuously

I get sphere services fom surat call and i get work of 150 pages which i have to type in 15 days with 90% accuracy. I submit work on time i they me email your id is terminated and pay 6150 as registration fee on the behalf of fake agreement. Now they are sending me messages and calling for money. So plz help me.

blackmailing and mental harassment by fraud company sphere services
Company sphere services call me on 30 august 2018 for part time data entry job. And told me sing adigital ligle aggrement for job but because of network problem i did't get mail on 30 august then they call me nxt day when i was in my collge. And give otp on my phone by calling i told to them i have an network problem but they assure they give update by calls even they did't read my tearm and condition. After two days i realise that something is wrong and i tried to contact them but they didnt recive my calls. Now few day ago on 18 september there laywer send me email to give money and extra money for noc and continusly blackmail me to do court case. I also complane in women cell but plzz help u all. On seach i found out that i company is fraud plz help me laywer call me by sevral no. [protected] and whatsapp me on no.[protected]. Plz help me they all are fraud. Lawyer tell me his name k. hey shweta don't worry its a fraud and scam so don't worry.. don't do anything they will only harrash you so don't put a call and response any message.. all documents is fake

At first they call me and suggest for data entry job wothout investment. After that they have done digital agreement with me. They have sent the agreement via mail and told me to reply at the earliest otherwise it will be cancelled. They even did not give any time to read it. After that when i go through it, i was surprised with that content. There was written that if i failed to get 90% accuracy and also failed to submit the project within 15 days, i have to pay rs. 6150/-. Now i am from such a middle class family and i don't have such financial condition to pay it. Please help me out from this situation.

online job fraud
I am a student and i was looking for a part time data entry job. I applied online and got a call regarding data entry job without any investment. When i inquired about the work they told me i need to send my aadhar card photo and accept thier terms and condition for the job. I wanted a jib so i did so. But after getting the file they had sent me i found that there were many grammatical and spelling mistakes in the file and also the text was poorly visible. The text was in Cursive font which made it more problamatic. Before the job they had told me that i would be getting assistance . When i tried to contact them, the didn't gave a proper reply. Hence i stopped the work because they had told me that if the work will not be 90% correct, i won't get paid. Then i inquired about this company online and i got to know that it's a fraud company and even if you submit the work, they tell that it is not 90% accurate and as you have not completed the work, be ready to face legal actions. Now they are threatning me of legal action. I feel trapped now. My life has turned to be a torture. Somebody please help me. Please...

I have submitted my work but the company terminated my id and said your work is not according to our rules so have to pay 7700 rs

They calling me massaging me mailed me and telling that your case id is going to procceding this and that so on.. They told me on phone different thing and asked for my id card i had given instantly they gave me the workload before one day..
I mailed them to cancel my id but in between this 15 16 days when i called them for help they never called me
After 15 days i submitted my work and then they cancelled my work and, so called associate advocate called me to pay 7700 rs otherwise company will take legal action towards you..

sphere services - have paid money but asking for more money for noc charges in order to close file
I have taken data entry project from sphere services. During agreement they informed that if i am unable to achieve 90% accuracy in that case i need to pay rs. 6150.00. Now after submission of my job on 11th sept, i received mail that my id terminated. Now on 17th sept i received 1 mail from advocate suraj patel as pending payment intimation and then suraj patel called to my cell and informed to check mail and informed if i want to close the file then need to pay rs.7700.00 after the payment share screenshot and then he willsend noc and i have already paid the same to the account mentioned in mail sent by suraj patel and requested to provide noc and close the file. Suraj patel again dropped mail to pay rs. 2500.00 again to get noc in order to close file. I am being harashed by this advocate and this company. Please help and resolve my issue asap

I have also the same issue.. I called the advocate and asking for compan's complete address and website.. and his enroll Id... But he making excuses and ignore my calls mails.. I also called in helpline no., Manager 's no. (Advocate gave me) and one more other contact no. Of a girl who called me first time to tell me about typing project, she asking my adhar via wtsap but all contact out of network area... nd she ignore my msgs in wtsap after seen.. all are fake...

Helpline no. That they give me always engaged.. And one who asking me for adhar photo in wtsapp in starting of the work.. Now she dsn't reply my queries and her number also show invalid now.. She seen my wtsapp msgs but dsnt reply..

Don't pay. How can they sue you for not doing work for them? It's ridiculous. If you pay, you are just allowing them to continue the cycle of blackmailing people. They will probably send you letters that look official, hoping that you pay up. They won't take you to court, they would get laughed out of it. Disgusting company. Don't get scared, just completely ignore them.

Sir i have uploaded my resume to search a job... Then a company called me ant they tell their name as sphere services... They told me that they will provide me 150 pages which have to be typed in notepad by me... These 150 pages are in the form of images... And those images are so unclear... That i was unable to understand... Then i tried to contact the companies helpline... But fails to contact... Then i have immidiately refused to do the work through e-mail... Now they are demanding for money through themobile number [protected]... And warning for legal actions through some legal documents... And also warning that they are sending court notice

sphere services fraud company asking for money.
Firstly they didn't tell about detail work. And made online agreement which is looking also fake. Now they are continuously sending messages for asking money and telling otherwise they will take legal action against me. Please take necessary action against these fraudulent so called companies making business by harassing students.
Images which they gave for work were very unclear so i did the work according to that images now after submitting the work they r saying that u have spelling mistake and now asking for money.

they don't have clear visibility in their project pages between l and j
The sphere company qc department give me your id is terminated notice for spelling errors in which some are not there and some are because they dont have clearity between small "l" and small "j" in many pages thats why that mistakes are happens.also i have deadline of[protected] but i have compleated my work and send to them on 9-9-2018 also i am whatsapp their member but they dont reply the name of their representative is ruchi shah..i am whatsapped her few time but she dont reply me even once after seeing my message

company scam
This sphere services company send me the 150 pages and that i have to submit in 15 days. For that they also have my identity proof, and all their fake formalities. After 15 days i submitted my work and next day they mailed me that your id is terminated your qc report is this. And you are not able to maintain 90% accuracy. Then they start calling me and sending me mails and sms to pay the penalty + gst + some more things. And they force me to pay 10000. The day who used to entertain me, transfer mt call to their male worker and he said that he is advocate and he will send legal notice in mt home, and raise a case against me and all that. I am really scared. Please help me out. I really wanted to get out of this. I am just 19 and i am a student i really dont know how to react and what to do.

home based job scam
From the last few days i was free and i wanted to do some part time work from home. And i dont know from which site they found my mail id and they eend me a mail regarding their work. And it seems genuine they said you have to complete 150 pages in 15 days after that you will get your qc report and then if there is no mistake we will pay you other wise you have to pay the amount that is 6000 somthing. After after submitting my work they call me and said you had not upto 90% accuracy your id is been terminated. Now you have to pay 10500. And then they call msg send emails from many different numbers. They are harassing me. They are saying if you will not pay the amount then section this and that will set for you., and arrest warrent and all of that. I am a student and i really got mental pressure. I seriously wanted to get out of this.

fraudulent company, basically an extortion racket
My girlfriend took on some "work" from this company. The work involved typing out some documents they sent over. I had a look at the documents and they are just random bits of text from old English novels (Sherlock Holmes and that sort of thing). So I said she may as well try and complete it, because if a company is stupid enough to get you to type up bits of novels that are freely available online, and pay you for it, you may as well do it. Anyway, of course, it turned out to be a scam. They are now sending threatening letters over a period of a few months, trying to extort money from her.
They have no company address, and won't provide one. As far as I'm aware, you can't sue someone for not completing work, as if you could, everyone would be getting sued for everything. I think some people probably pay, like if someone does some work, gets these letters, tells their family they are in trouble, and the family gets scared and pays the fine (lots of the older generation of Indians don't use the internet so much, so it's easy to scare them with scams such as this). I called the company up on the provided number and told them to sue me, and that the judge would laugh them out of the courtroom.
If anyone is getting scared by these ###, my advice would be to just ignore them. If anyone has actually been taken to court by them, please comment as I would be very interested to know what happened.
