I placed the order on 9 july 2020, around 2 am. Today it is 19 july and i haven't heard anything about my order. I tried multiple time to contact the company through their contact information. Every email got bounced back, the phone number for voice support looks like a personal number and most of the time it busy or switched off and sometime when rings, no one picks at their end.
There same voice support number is also shared for whatsapp support and when i tried their, i got no reply.
I also mailed and whatsapped the company that i'll take the matter to consumer forum but every single mail has bounced back and no response on whatsapp too.
I'm very worried about my money since i come from very lower middle class family and the amount deduction has been done from my student credit card.
Please help me get my money back.
