Spiro Solutions — I'm complaining about wrong project delivery

This for my sister's project. we went for project.. She choosed bidirectional energy storage system with ac to dc converter..she told them to add finally one motor which should be run from storage element using DC current .. That's all..she Finally we went to get project.. We completed all payments.. they did not add storage element ..if there is no storage element means how it will become bidirectional .. They simply added one inverter form coupler and connected motor.. We asked where is storage element.. What is the output volt.. They don't know any thing.. Simply they convinced us.. Then my sister took her project to college.. That project is now rejected.. She don't know what to do.. Coming March she will going to face her final review... We called many times to Spiro.. They did not give proper response...i paid 1000 rupees with my sign .. Furtherly my sister paid 12800rs .They cheated us.. Expecting good response and correct project. My sisters name is vijayalakshmi from Anna university...(project: ipt w 22, developer names: vignesh, selva Kumar, counselor name :mahalakshmi. K)

We went Spiro solutions, t nagar, Chenna For final year project.my sister chooses bidirectional energy storage system with AC to DC converter(iptw 22 it is available in Spiro web site in power electronics branch) .intially I paid 1000 rs with sign.. Furtherly my sister paid 12800 rs for that.inbetween my sister told them to add one motor from storage element which should be run by using DC current . Other wise she didn't tell any to change in side the project to them. But finally we went to receive the project they showed different kit from the project .they didn't add storage element.they convinced her. She took it to the college. In college hod rejected that project because it not as per base paper. If store element is not mean Then how it will become bidirectional.. They cheated us .we called them many times. They simply say we don't know. Thats all your project. (developer name selvakumar, vignesh) we want our original project...

fraud project center. sorry to say that . I think so faculty did not completed their 12th standard itself. they do no nothing . the projects are at very basic level they will explain the projects like anything else in the world but nothing in it.
