I am from splendid lake dews, we have purchased the flat aug-2015, i have observed that the builder is bad, he dont care customers, once booking and agreement is done, then you will payment notices Notice Greetings from splendid group!! Subject: "splendid lakedews" payment notice Dear xxxxxx, Subject: reg: your flat xxx 'b'pending payment. We are not receiving payments as per 60% progress of work. We are requesting you to pay your due amount of rs.4, 50, 000/- rupees four lakh fifty thousand only). Payment details: Total sale consideration is rs. Xxxx/- Your paid amount of rs. Xxx/- Due amount is rs.4, 50, 000/- (60% of the work has been completed) Total due amount rs.4, 50, 000/- Kindly pay your due amount within a duration of 7 days from this day. Or else we will send notice for cancellation (Note:-agreement was done on xxxx, raised demand letter on xxx for completion of 60% work. From this day 15 days time will be available for you to make the payment but still we have not received payments as per work progress. OC & Service Tax Receipt & VAT Receipt not giving
Please take strict action against the Splendid Group. They have taken money in the name of Government taxes but till now they have not given the receipts. splendid elite reviews
while booking builder said VAT & ST are related to Government of karnataka, now when we ask receipts, no answers from builder
Buyer who are looking apartments dont buy in splendid group, builder use very cheap material, vat and st frauds
dont fell trap, if if they give free of cost, you will get legal issues also free of cost

True, this builder is cheater, they take good amount of money but the quality of construction is very bad use very low quality material wood, cement, wires and siwtches
dont buy with these builder and have many legal issues
We have purchased flat in splendid elite in block d, as per construction agreement date the possession date mentioned is Jan-2016, as of now the builder not handedover and the payment was done correctly, now when we asking compensation for per sqft, builder talking nonsense...
pls dont buy any flats in elite, the construction quality is very poor, very low quality wood material, low quality walls, windows, wires
dont come with fraud builder, while booking the marketing team talks very smoothly then the builder starts harrassement after agreement
