Sports365.in — Refund for order which I had placed

I ordered a squash racquet and when I tracked the order via delhivery, and it said that I had returned the order. When I called them, they said that after many attempts to deliver, they returned the order back to the client. Sports365.in is not following up or giving me any information about the order. If you cannot deliver the order just please give me a refund at least.
