I have returned a Spyker black jeans on 14 January. The refund process should take 7 days according to your policy but I have not received the refund. Could you please check?

I had ordered a combo of belt and wallet from spykar.from the website below https://360inex.com/eureka3/
I received only belt and wallet was missing from the parcel.

My shipment No. is EAMC3002661
I tried reaching their customer care several times but my mails are responded with out any result. They just keep giving false promises that our team will look into the matter.
I came to know about this forum through my friend, hence I’m complaining here

After wash one denim too be found defective as threads are coming all the way out from particular sides,
Need to be replaced or refund on priority basis,

Shoulder strap have been ripped from the base and have been also torn from inside in just 2 months o[censored]se.seems like they have cheated in the name spyakar brand and hv given the local brand bag.very bad quality bag.

I received a offer card from ICICI bank of a company named spykar...and from that shopping site I ordered a watch on the date September 4, 2021 and made payment from UPI...and received a order ID and the site confirmed to deliver the product in 21 day...but I didn't get it till now (29/09/2021)...and now when I trying to track the order they show it invalid...so now my concern is when I will get my ordered product

I purchased a jeans on 22 august 2021 from spykar showroom ajmer Rajasthan from csm mall but after first use jeans is stretched from lower side

I opted for Sling Bag offered as gift by Eureka Forbes to be delivered by Spykar for renewing the AMC of Aqua Guard water filter . I paid the required amount on 26th Aug 2021. So far the item is not received. Nothing is being disply when I tried to track the item in their portal. (https://360inex.com/eureka1). Please look y the matter and sort out my problem.

Watch was only 1 month old but watch not working properly and the gear was not working and suddenly watch stopped and water goes in to the under glass even watch water resistant, please solve the issue.

But I did not received any order confirmation through mobile or Email for Booking done.Also, I didnot received the Product till date.So, kindly check the matter and take action immediately.

Jeans color is fade after 1 wash, look like road side jeans.

So please change my jeans.
Or refund.

Sir I had a sudden order, and the money was deducted, but soon after that I canceled my order, and I still haven't got that money. It’s been 7days. And I am sending mail to customer care for this, but they are not even giving any reply.
I have been doing all this since 7 days. But nothing happened.

I ordered a spykar watch from irdeem as i was getting an offer through my HDFC bank account. So when i clicked on offer it takes me to the irdeem website. And when i added the product (Benetton wallet) in the cart asking me for payment for which i paid 470.82 including gst charges. Money got deducted but no message of order placed or not just blank page. Tried contacting them but number not working and even i tried to email them but still yet no response.

3 months ago I bought spykar jeans from City Center Mall Nashik which is badly ruptured so plz consider my application and take appropriate action.

I had purchased a leather jacket last year in Dec 2019 for rs.6000, in some times it got damaged like raxine, it's too horrible for me, I had wasted my 6000rs. For a waste spykar product.

Had purchased one brown leather jacket from your store two years back at ₹4899 . I have used that less than 10 times. Also I always keep the jacket in my wardrobe box with proper cover and care .

As this is a winter wear, so we generally expect to wear 5 to 6 winter year.
But when I wanted to wear yesterday, that was totally damaged . Leathers were torn like scalps from the color inside.
Generally branded clothes like SPYKAR should not be damaged in short span of time.
Further my use was also too less.

Sorry to say, but I m a privileged customer of spykar since 10 years...

Your brand is great but don't know why this brown leather jacket damaged without using too.

It may sound ridiculous that after two years I have put complaint about quality..But if it was a jeans or shirt then no issue. Also ₹4899 is not a small amount for me. I[censored] want then I can send the photos of the jacket..

I expect a positive response from you...
