Till date from that day none has responded for return of my headphone as it is not satisfactory and up to the mark so requested for a return. The next day I received a call from your call centre but when i told my problem they told that there is some problem in the server and told that they will call back but none has called request for support. I have booked a new mobile Motorola power one with exchange of Oppo f3 plus.
Due a small paint off near ear phone area service guy refused to take my mobile. This is really painful. My mobile is 100% working condition. I need help here to resolve the issues.
