I am a vodafone prepaid customer since 3 years with mobile number [protected] and i have faced no problems upto now. But now am facing a problem with the service provider. Without any particular reason they have barred my outgoing sms offer. Immediately i made a call to vodafone customer care through 198 and kept a request to activate my sms and i got a reply that my sms offer will be activated within 24 hours. But they did not activated it and i repeatedly kept the requests for 8 times from21st may to today (31st may) but there is no proper response from the service provider... I would request the members this forum to guide me how to lodge a complaint against this. Was this information helpful? |
