Sreekumar — late/cancellation of bus no. 77

Bus no. 77 bus is never on time. It most of the time the bus starting from thane around 17.30 hrs. Is most of the time cancelled or is highly delayed... Further after the above bus, the next bus from thane is around 18.30 hrs. This bus also comes late. As a result the passengers are stranded at bus stops and have to wait for more than 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. When asked the conductor about the cancellation & delay. They do not have an answer. From sources it is learned that, the tmt officials scheduling the bus at the starting point are cancelling the trips / dealing the trip, taking excuse of traffic jam.in mumbai traffic jam is every where, but best, nmmt & kdmc buses are running (May be delayed) but not cancelling the trip.
By cancelling or irregular running time of the bus we the passengers are suffering a lot.in last 1 week at least 4 days i and other passengers have waited for almost 50mins to 1hr for 77 bus resulting in delay in reaching our destination. We do not have any point of contact to do an enquiry also... It is such an inconvenience for us to travel from tmt 77 bus route due to their in consistency in managing the service. The route is a good revenue generating route.in the peak hours, morning & evening the buses are running in full load. At least on peak ours do not cancel the buses, especially in the evening.
