I would like to request you that i purchased IBall mobile on 15.11.2014 and that my mobile is not working. I gave to a service centre for repair and even though it is in warranty period they are telling it is out of warranty and you have to pay Rs.4500/-

Updated by Sreekumar Sreedharan That I gave to repair in BEST IT World in Ambernath on 25.07.2015 and thereafter when we called after so many days they were telling us that the mobile will not be repaired and that it is not under warranty. They even did not inform us about the status of the mobile. not giving us proper feedback.
