Bus no. 77 bus is never on time. It most of the time the bus starting from thane around 17.30 hrs. Is most of the time cancelled or is highly delayed... Further after the above bus, the next bus from thane is around 18.30 hrs. This bus also comes late. As a result the passengers are stranded at bus stops and have to wait for more than 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. I would like to request you that i purchased IBall mobile on 15.11.2014 and that my mobile is not working. I gave to a service centre for repair and even though it is in warranty period they are telling it is out of warranty and you have to pay Rs.4500/-...
