Sreeleathers — charging for carry bag

Sreeleathers, AVR Foot Care LLP, Panitanki More, Sevoke Road Siliguri charges for Carry bags after purchasing of Shoes. I purchased 2 nos. of shoes from there. Shoes price were Rs. 835.00 + 5% GST. They have also charged for carry bag of Rs. 5.00 + 5% GST. I reminded them about the BATA Case who has been penalized for the same practice but they paid no heed and charged the same.
