Sreeleathers, AVR Foot Care LLP, Panitanki More, Sevoke Road Siliguri charges for Carry bags after purchasing of Shoes. I purchased 2 nos. of shoes from there. Shoes price were Rs. 835.00 + 5% GST. They have also charged for carry bag of Rs. 5.00 + 5% GST. I reminded them about the BATA Case who has been penalized for the same practice but they paid no heed and charged the same....

My parents have bought a sandal from sreeleathers whose size doesn’t fits me. I visit the same store to exchange the same and return the product to outlet manager on behalf of which he write the particular date along with exchange on the bill. Unfortunately i got some urgent work do i left the outlet without taking another item. Afterwards when i came later to take the new product one of the staff said me to handover the old item. I said him that i have already submitted the old one and showed him the slip mentioned exchange (With date) by one of his manager. He said me to come after one week as that particular manager is on leave. Again i visited the store and meet that particular manager and after discussing the scenario he recognised me but said that i have not submitted any article. Even i asked him to check the video footage of that day but he refuses saying that we don’t have so much old data (Its only 15 days back).
Now i want to know from sreeleathers team, what i have to do to get back my thing.

misbehaving of staff at gate after purchasing

After purchase shoes... When i coming out at the gate.. Gate staff verifys the bill of shoes and removed my sleepers, which i baught today morning and wear it before entering... I told them that i had paid the bill... Nd the sleepers are of morning purchase but they behave like i am a thief and i stole that sleeper... I am very dissatisfied from this behaviour.

bad quality product and also product not replaced by company as in warranty period

I purchased a shoe 2months ago and it got torn from the edge, so i raised an issue regarding this in the branch and they said that it is a manufacturing defect so they will consult with the company for replacement, so they need 15 days to get back to me. After 15 days they handed me the same product by just repairing with pastings. But still one of the pair is defective, so i raised this issue but they said that i need to pay extra charges for leather repairing. Why should i pay for a product repairment as the product is in warranty period?? I need the replacement or my money back. Please resolve my issue as i'm really disappointed the way they harassed me in the branch.

causing skin problem while wearing your shoe model no.106401

I have purchased your above product and while wearing it i am suffering from skin problem in my feet and i presume it may be due to the poor quality of leather used in the product.
Please arrange to replace the same with better quality one, so that i may not face any such problem in future.

I m ashwani. I purchase one pair sock shoes from sreeleathers gurgaon *near gaushala busstand*. But they got 1 number size bigger. When i went to take them small size shoes. Then they returned me saying that the goods sold here do not return...
Means agar chota galti se size bada aa gaya hai to kya hum usko badal nahi skte hai...
Iska matlab to yahi hua ki.. Sreeleathers gurgaon ke manager or khud sreleathers bahut hi bhikhari or garib hai... Jo ki grahoko ko pagal banate ho...
Remember that if the customer is good then you have... Otherwise you nothing ok... Understand..
Chalo mai to shoes unko hi daan mr dekar aa gaya hun sreleather ke manager ko...
Lekin life me kabhi bhi apni dosto ya kisi ko bhi ye nahi kahunga ki sreeleathers se kuch shoping karo...

one pair of cowardice leather size 40

Few months months back i bought a pair of co-wardise brown color 40 size from your retail out let in south usman road t. Nagr chennai 600017. I do not have bill etc.in the sole portion bottom a big crack has come in moulded area and it is not comfortable for use. Kindly initiate action for this complliance by collecting back the defecting piece.
The leather used also looks dull and of cheap quality. The sole portion when it is broken like crack in the botttom using it on road is difficlult to walk with the fear that it may hurt the foot bottom.
As it appears that poor quality of sole bottom is used it has given way so fast and it is not comfortable for use.
The item is not used very roughly and it is very rarely used and carefully taken care of while walking on roads.

billing counter staff not accepting card payment

Recently I have purchased a trolley suitcase from Sreeleathers store in Patia, Bhubaneshwar (approx price ₹2400).
For the payment I have given my credit card which is of a international bank, accepted world wide.
This card is used by me across all others retail stores and even by small grocery stores.
Unfortunately, store staff didn’t accepted that card and when I asked the reason they didn’t have any. They said that the card looked heavy, please give good reasons.
They even called someone and he also didn’t checked what card was that and just said no.
Store staff was even ready to let go the purchase which I wanted and said that I can leave without purchasing.
Unfortunately, due to time constraints I have to buy from here as its nearby where I live and I have to leave soon.
It was really a bad customer experience considering the fact the now card payments are something which is being used nation wide.
Also when I asked for warranty card he said to keep the bill, why don’t they give small card like any other brands. The bill will fade away in 15-20 days. To this the response was that “it is my responsibility to keep the bill”, again very bad customer experience.
I would appreciate that big brands like your’s should have better management regarding all such matters and should have better knowledge as well.
Hope this feedback is considered for betterment of the customer relationship.

poor quality- request to change
I bought a synthetic footwear from the sreeleathers store at asansol dt.[protected]. I used the product less than 12 months but in optional and thendt[protected] i observed cracks on the sole. I thought of exchanging the product, but they unable to replace or repair this product. Is it sreelether goodwill i like to purchase from sreelether but i found the quality going down than previous i request to you to replace or repair

I bought a synthetic footwear from the sreeleathers store at lindsay street, kolkata. I used the product for 2 weeks and then i observed cracks on the sole. I thought of exchanging the product, but the store held puja sales for which i was unable to replace them. Later i found out that their 3 months warranty scheme do not cover synthetic footwears. But how could they provide something as bad as this, i did not use them for two weeks even and the costed rs. 499. The product was bought at 16/7/17, and the client no. Is[protected]. The gst no. Of the product is 19aakfs2993ltz0. I demand a refund or exchange of the defective product that i received.

Bought this purse in Nov last year...It's not even one year and the condition has become too bad...Went to the store but they are not willing to help without the bill...But I had no idea that I will face such a problem, so naturally i did not preserve the bill.

I bought a pair of Men's shoes size 8 from Sree Leathers Regal Building Connaught Place New Delhi in the month of July 2017 as I have to visit my son in Canada. The product no is AGF-655-71. The staff gave me both shoes of right foot because of their careless behavior and when I wanted to wear them after reaching Canada, I got shocked. How careless the staff can be, and now when I am in canada I had to buy another pair of shoes because of sreeleather.
This is really shocking behavior by Sreeleather as they dont want give attention what they are doing. They harassed me and now I cant return them as i am not in India.

Misbehaving nature of counter manager

After purchasing the product of amount 5100 the counter manager didnot provide gift and misbehave with my child when they asked for gift. They were not providing the proper gift on the basis of purchasing product, while other customers were getting one gift on each packet of product.. This was not a big issue but when they misbehave that is the main issue..

. I purchased a pair of leather shoes, model no. – 85878 / 10 colour – black for rs. 740/- vide cash memo number – t 60 / 00387004 on 14.03.2017 from sreeleathers ltd showroom, 16a, regal building, connaught place, new delhi -110001. The side stitching of one of the shoes was worn out from in less than two days. The shoe was under guaranteed for a warranty period of six months. I went to their above mentioned connaught place showroom on 04.04.2017 and showed the manufacturing defect to the salesperson shri manas and requested him for replace the defective pair of shoes because it was just 10 days of purchase. After inspecting the pair of shoes he insisted that in this case only re-stitching will be done. I further pointed out to him that the stitching of the other shoe was also about to break. He said that he will take the shoes and send them to workshop for repairs. At this juncture i asked from him the name of his senior officer or manager to whom i can make a complaint. But he told me that he is the only man to be contacted nd no one is his senior there, i had asked him to give any contact detail of sreeleathers he had given me the no of his own outlet no which is given on to the bill, i had tried so many unsuccessful tries bt that no was not going throught. After that i again approach mr manas tis time he told me that u don't know any thing wherever u wana go (Consumer forum) just go i am nt going to give any body else no and even not going to replace the defective shoes. I told even told him that i am a regular user of shreeleathers products i shown him my belt, wallet bt he was not ready to listen any thing.in utter disgust, i told him so many times that it is just 10 day before i purchased this shoe, but he was simply passing time and did nothing. This is the way they behave with customers. I am very much disappointed with their attitude. I am making this complaint with a hope that they will take appropriate action in this regard so that in future no customer shall be entertained in such a manner that he feels himself cheated in purchase of a product of such a reputed company at their outlet. I am unable to comprehend as to “where is the quality control of products of sreeleathers”. – a so - called “world class, right price” organization.
In view of the above facts, i request for replacement of shoes or refund of the amount of rs. 740/- within the time period of 15 days. If they are not going to provide me any help in this time period, i will be constrained to file my complaint in consumer forum against their service centre.
Hope, they will take action in this regard at the earliest

different outlets . Four months before I was purchased one ledies sidebag INR 9, 99/- . After one month out side border police was getting remove and also getting discolored. That item was purchased from Contai outlate. Due to my office work I was out of station last three months, few days back when I come to village home and again visit Contai outlate for purchase three pairs of shoes, in that day I discussion with concern person about the sidebag issue the I forgot the person name he replied me it's a product issue. I told the person kindly help me the way for solve the problem. That person was not interested to attend the complain as well as the way of solve the issue. I was very upset from that moment, as I told evenings, I m the customer of your outlate since 10 years . Boss do something's . I will never go again and also never recommend to others to buy anything from Sreeleathers product. It was my cretical experience from sales person. We have experienced very bad kind of service from exit gate keeper of Lindsay street today 24 th Sep at 18:24 p.m. He also refused to tell his name as per we are complaining without his name. It's spoiling the reputation of the company. There are many other shoe companies in kolkata but we didn't receive such kind of bad behaviour. Service industry worker should behave properly. He is a gatekeeper and he should remember that.

I sold a Brown color shoe (10) with bill no 7698/15/16, price Rs 1300. Within 4 months shoe is damaged. After i talk to shreelethers counter, they told me that it is going for repair with cost of rs 400. But after 25 days, they return me a repair shoe with duplicate sole. the upper portion of the shoe looking very worst. After talk with them they said, it will take more time. What we do.

Complaint against Non Repair of Leather Shoes under guarantee period

Dear sir,
I inform you that i have purchased leather shoes article no-81917-S from M/s. Raj Leather Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., H-4 Patel Nagar-3, Phuwara Chowk, Ghaziabad, UP (Authorised Showroom of SHREELEATHERS) on dated 31.08.2014. After One and a half month the sole of shoes is crack in center. On dated 02.11.2014 i went to the authorized shop and tell the problem to the sales manager. The manager told me the company (Shreeleathers) do not provide any assistance or repair of sole cracking. I am surprised that the company does not give any guarantee on Shoes Sole. I am requested to you please take nesessory action against my complaint as earliest as possible.

Boot Insole damaged within 2 months of purchase

This is to inform you that I have puschased One Sreeleathers Boot from
your Serampore Showroom on 28th March 2012. But by chance after 2
months I have observed that the In sole part of the particular boot
become torn and damaged. I am very much surprised and shocked to see
the thing.
From 1999 to 2012 my full family is used Sreeleathers Foot Wear. I
have usually purchased your footwear from Lindsay street or Howrah
Maidan Showroom, 1st time i have purchased it from your serampore
showroom. I have never seen this type of damaged in-sole within 2-3
months of purchase.
My work place is situated at BBD Bag Kolkata. I am unable to go to
your Serampore showroom for showing the damage in-sole, which is
automatically damaged within 2 months of purchase date. I do not have
enough time to go to your showroom.
Please find the attachment for reference.
Kindly suggest what to do.

I went to the center again but they said we are not liable for this and this product does not comes under warranty.

Complaint of shoes with manufacturing defects purchased
from Sreeleathers Ltd showroom, 16A, Regal Building,Connaught Place,New Delhi -110001
1. I purchased a pair of leather shoes, model no. – 71290 / 7 colour – Black for Rs. 748/- vide Cash Memo Number – T 30 / 00619528 on 29.03.2010 from Sreeleathers Ltd showroom, 16A, Regal Building,Connaught Place,New Delhi -110001. The lower leather sole of one of the shoes was detached from back side in less than two months.
2. The shoe was guaranteed for a warranty period of six months.
3. I went to their above mentioned Connaught Place showroom on 17.05.2010 and showed the manufacturing defect to the salesperson Shri Manas and requested him for replacing the defective pair of shoes. After inspecting the pair of shoes for about half an hour he insisted that in this case only re-pasting will be done. I further pointed out to him that the sole of the other shoe was also getting detached. He said that he will take the shoes and send them to Kolkata workshop for repairs. Inspite of my protestations he issued a repairing slip number 11639 dated 17.05.2010.
4. At this juncture I asked from him the name of his senior officer or manager to whom I can make a complaint. He informed me that the Manager was Shri I. K. Gupta but he was not available at that time. When I asked him about his mobile number, he gave me his landline number, and showed his ignorance about the mobile number. Nobody picked up the landline number, but an answering machine asked for recording my message.
5. In utter disgust, when I rang up their showroom number and asked for the mobile number of the Manager, they gave me his mobile number. Then I rang up Shri I. K. Gupta and told him about my problem. He listened to my grievance and told me that as he was away he will send somebody to meet me. But nobody turned up. After getting disgusted with their attitude, while coming out of the showroom,I enquired from one of the employees as to where can I find Shri I. K. Gupta, the employee pointed out towards Shri Gupta, who was standing there. I again pleaded with him for replacement of the shoes with manufacturing defect. But he also talked about pasting. 1. I purchased a pair of leather shoes, model no. – 71290 / 7 colour – Black for Rs. 748/- vide Cash Memo Number – T 30 / 00619528 on 29.03.2010 from Sreeleathers Ltd showroom, 16A, Regal Building,Connaught Place,New Delhi -110001. The lower leather sole of one of the shoes was detached from back side in less than two months.
2. The shoe was guaranteed for a warranty period of six months.
3. I went to their above mentioned Connaught Place showroom on 17.05.2010 and showed the manufacturing defect to the salesperson Shri Manas and requested him for replacing the defective pair of shoes. After inspecting the pair of shoes for about half an hour he insisted that in this case only re-pasting will be done. I further pointed out to him that the sole of the other shoe was also getting detached. He said that he will take the shoes and send them to Kolkata workshop for repairs. Inspite of my protestations he issued a repairing slip number 11639 dated 17.05.2010.
4. At this juncture I asked from him the name of his senior officer or manager to whom I can make a complaint. He informed me that the Manager was Shri I. K. Gupta but he was not available at that time. When I asked him about his mobile number, he gave me his landline number, and showed his ignorance about the mobile number. Nobody picked up the landline number, but an answering machine asked for recording my message.
5. In utter disgust, when I rang up their showroom number and asked for the mobile number of the Manager, they gave me his mobile number. Then I rang up Shri I. K. Gupta and told him about my problem. He listened to my grievance and told me that as he was away he will send somebody to meet me. But nobody turned up. After getting disgusted with their attitude, while coming out of the showroom,I enquired from one of the employees as to where can I find Shri I. K. Gupta, the employee pointed out towards Shri Gupta, who was standing there. I again pleaded with him for replacement of the shoes with manufacturing defect. But he also talked about pasting. Bad Quality and no exchange
stitching defect
i bought pair of shoes on 29-Nov-2009 from sreeleathers 16-a regal building connaught place.the very next day we found that the leather of shoes has scracth mark and i went to showroom to exchange it but they refused to replace the pair saying its used one and their behavior waas so bad, i left the shoes thier but they were ok with it.Please take some action against them.

POOR SERVICE QUALITY
Recently I bought the floater from Lindsay Street showroom of Sreeleather on 27th June.
Invoice details are as follows:

After around two weeks I noticed a gap near the sole. So I went to the showroom for repair on 11th July. They said that I can take the delivery of floater on 18th July. But when I went there to collect it then they said “sorry sir we couldn’t do the repair so you can come later”
Again I went there on 27th July then the person said ok sir you can wait for some time. I was sitting at the near by desk. There I noticed he was doing the repair of that floater using some glue. I told him that you were saying that you’ll send it to your workshop as u have to take out the complete sole to fix it properly now you are putting a simple glue. Then he said no sir I was just giving the finishing touch. Now again that floater is facing same problem. I just wanted that floater to be replaced with new one or else they can do the refund of my money.
I hope you’ll do the needful.

I purchased a pair of sreeleathers shoes from Banik Brothers, Benachity, Durgapur 13 showroom on 07/11/2007 but the sole cracked when i visited the showroom on 10/11/2007 a salesman told me to come after few days then i went to them on 15/11/2007 then they told me that sole is not covered under gurrantee and it need to be changed on charge basic as i have crossed the gurrantee time.Please Consider my problem.

I bought a pair of leather slippers (chappals) code no. –[protected] vide invoice no. - BK/00823 on 09.07.2009. The upper leather sole and lower rubber sole of the pair (both pieces) were detached from one side as the pasting was not sturdy only in less than two months. As your customer friendly company provides warranty for 90 days I gave it for pasting at your outlet vide their receipt no.-3 dated 12.09.2009. At that time I lodged complain for pasting but as per terms and conditions no.1 printed on the sale invoice the counter girl wrote the complain as stiching and pasting though the matter was only for pasting.
When I went to take back my slippers, I was surprised to see that inspite of pasting they have stitched it in a very rough manner just like a cobbler stitches on road side. When I objected for this work the counter girl as well as the owner told that as stitching was also written on the slip so the slippers were stitched. I asked them how anybody can use it after such bad and rough stitching as the stitching was done from the side of rubber sole which was cutted also at various places during stitching. I asked them to change my slippers but they denied. They told that now they will only remove the stitches and that also after dashehara.
I am very disappointed with their attitude. I am writing this letter with a hope that you will take appropriate action in this regard so that in future no customer shall be entertained in such a manner that he feels himself cheated in purchase of a product of such a reputed company like yours at its outlet.

Poor quality in handbag
I had placed an order of sreeleathers hand bag, model no. 69102, quantity 310 in sreeleathers showroom(The Pride) in Bokaro Steel City on 27 April 2009. But till now i have heard the complain of zip in 5 bags.

I have purchased a Gents office folio bag on 08.02.2009 from the branch of Raja SC Mullick Road, Garia, Basu Market. On same day the holding strap was torned. I took the same for replacement on 10.02.2009. They took the bag and examining the strap which was torned. I told that I will not take back the same bag after repair and I want a new bag. They were simply passing time and finally when I chased they answered the they dont have the bag...

Poor quality of shoes
On 24.6.2008 I purchased one pair of shoe from Sreeleathers at Naihati franscise for Rs. 549/-. After wearing the product for one week it was noticed that pasting of both the shoes opened. Accordingly I deposited in the same shop on 6.7.2008 when it was assured that it will be delivered within a week. But till 16.7.2008 it has not been returned to me. Where is quality control of product of Sreeleathers.

I purchased a pair of sreeleathers shoes from howrah maidan showroom on 05/10/2009 but the sole cracked when i visited the showroom on 31/03/09 a salesman told me to come after few days then i went to them on 06/04/2009 then they told me that sole is not covered under gurrantee and it need to be changed on charge basic as i have crossed the gurrantee time.
On 24.4.2009I purchased one pair of sandal from Sreeleathers at bokaro After wearing the product for one week it was noticed that layer of both the sandal torned. Accordingly I went to the shop after 15 days and told the salesman, then they told me that layer is not covered under gurrantee . Where is quality control of product of Sreeleathers.
I purchased a pair of sandles worth Rs.310/- from sreeleaters New Delhi, Connaught place shop dt25 March 09.After a few days, noticed that the leather has started breaking and torn. I went to shop dt 20th May 09, they people did to much arguments, 1)if you find leather started breaking you should come immediately, now you are coming? - I replied still it is before 2 months 2) we warranty only for stitching and pasting - I replied, nothing for quality? sitching and pasting cost only around Rs.10/- I do not need to come to your for that 3) they simply deny that this can happen in their goods 4) they indriectly blame me that I have done it intentially 5) the final solution they gave is pay Rs. 200/- and they will change upper leather. They do not know how to attend customer at all.
I just want my complaint should reach to the company management so that they can know about their quanlity and also to understand value of customer's money.

i have purchased one pair of shoes & sandal for Dhanbad. recently i found that the quality of the make are not good.
my family & i was a regular customer of shree leathers but after being cheated twice i have made my mind not 2 use any the productes further.

I also bought the sreeleathers shoes from Regal 16A near Connaught Place New Delhi at the cost of around 549/- but within the three months of wearing the shoes, the pair got cut from left side of shoe. he told me that shoe is in guarantee period I will change the sole of the shoe after the repairing the shoe is not so looking good however the quality of sree leathers is not so good because the rates are so less that why they supplying these type of shoes from Kolkotta
I purchased a black shoe model no. 91510 of Rs.749 on 1st September, 2010. Since then I am wearing this particular shoe. I must admit that it is so comfortable that my walking has become pleasure. Earlier, I used to avail transport even while moving a short distance. Now wearing your shoes, I like to continue walking mails after miles. All credit goes to your craftsmanship. I had no idea about the quality of your shoes. Be rest assured that henceforth, Sreeleathers shall be my family stores.

My shoes damage in a month I request for change but they repair it and after only 4 days shoe damage again. My shoes was made of so poor quality leather that damage in a month. purchage date 21 jan 20014. Now I request many time for repair or replace my shoes but there is not any respresponce Pl repllace my shoes
