Today morning I ordered a LADIES Heel Sandal and the amount was deducted Rs.554 from my A/c (Ref No. ECOM_[protected]. After that, there was no mail/message/sms confirmation towards payment done/Order received.
When I checked into my SreeLeather portal A/c, found no order placed. They also don`t provide any customer care number nor any contact number. My hometown is in Kolkata but I am staying in Bangalore for job. It is very strange to have such a ODD policy of not providing any contact number to any online customer. Simply deducting money and taking into the company pocket. Daily they are accumulating thousand rupees. Our State/Central Govt should take initiative to BAN such a fraud online seller.
