Sreeleathers — Shoe pasting removed first day. Want to take a replacement at Lindsey store

Hi Sreelathers Team

I purchased a Sreelathers shoe model number: 206802-8 at Garia Sreelathers store (Dealer Ronysree Lathers LP) on 16/02/2025 for Rs.799 by bill number 91612.

The shoe pasting got removed very first day of waring. I approached to the store and they processed the complain and said to take a new shoe of Rs 799. But by 1/3/2025 the same model was not there.

I requested them to allow me to pick up alternate shoe at Sreelathers Lindsey street store, as the Garia store has limited variety and i wanted to pick different shoe model ( Same price or more)

for which i had a extremely bad experience while talking to the team and feel highly insulted as a customer.

Please let me know if you can see the matter and allow me to pick my alternate show at Lindsey street Sreelathers store as a one-off goodwill gesture.
