Sreenivas — Unknown Person Made Transaction from My Credit Card

Dear Sir, I have received a phone Call from Mobile No.[protected] & [protected] asking for verification regarding my credit card stating that they are reversing the Credit Card Reward Points as Bonus (interestingly I have redeemed rewards from credit card just one day earlier, not sure how they have this information) and then they made a transaction of Rs.5041/- through online to pay AIRTEL Bill. Once I shared my CVV and Onetime Password I felt fishy and immediately contacted Credit Card Customer Care and reported the fraud and blocked the card. However they were quick and the transactions was completed before I reported to customer care. Now the numbers are switched off. Later when I checked in True Caller the numbers are reflecting as from New Delhi Metro. Can this type of Fraud can be resolved or just forget and be more cautious in future. Request for inputs resolve this at the earliest. Thanks in anticipation.
