Irrelevant behavior at the ticket counter

I was traveling from lal quila metro station to rithala metro station. At lal quila metrk station i went to take QR ticket, the person there told you will not get ticket even we were paying full payment and we also have him option for online payment but he rejected but after 2 3 minutes a person came and the person at the counter gave him the ticket. I went to sulabh located in shastri park metro station, first a fall the toilet was unclean and the tubelights were flickering worst of all when I was leaving after urinal the man over their ask for 5 rupees and when I told him for urinal it's 2 rupees so he started to shout and threatened me that he will make his dog attack me, and he did so while arguing that dog srike to bite me and they were laughing over their, their was only one exit and he purposely blocked it by making his dog to sit their I recorded his vedio I want you to take strick action against him

    Hauz Khas metro is generally occupied by commercial vehicles till 7 am and one can only park private car by handing over car keys to boys managing parking.
    If you are not willing to handover keys to boys managing car parking, you cannot park.

        As you know the green line longest line where lots of public use metro service in office time.
        As metro start from bri. Hoshiyaar pur station, metro fully occupied by the passenger till mundaka. There is no single seat available.
        So i request to you please split the metro line service in two part
        One starting from bri. Hoshiyaar pur
        Another starting from mundaka.
        So that public can seat accordingly.

          Every morning, during rush hour, the AFC machines at Dwarka Mor Metro Station malfunctions. This causes a lot of delay and inconvenience. At this point of time, instead of managing the crowd that creates a bottleneck at AFC stations, the CISF staff stands around doing nothing. If anyone tries to complain or state their grievance, their behavior becomes downright hostile. Toady, the 6th of October, 2023, CISF staff Dheeraj Kumar displayed that he has no regard for public and no respect for his job. When asked to help with maintaining order near AFC gates, his response was, "jao apna kaam karo". When I reminded him that it is his duty to help the commuters of DMRC, his reply was, "Chale jao chup chaap warna dekho kya hota hai". He also resorted to abuses and threats. When I stood my ground and asked him to check his behaviour, his superior, Baljeet Singh joined in and physically pushed me away. I asked to speak to their superior but their unanimous reply was, "Nahi bulayenge, kar lo jo karna hai". I am extremely disappointed and disgusted at such behavior. Expected a lot better.

              On the morning of 18th September 2023, the DMRC staff, who was on the ticket counter next to the entry gates of Rohini metro station, behaved rudely and inappropriately to many passengers including me. His name is Ayush and he worked in the morning shift and the incident happened around 7:45 AM.
              He was not at all helpful and talked in an insulating manner.
              I request DMRC to take strict action against such misbehaving staff.

                I was travelling from shalimar bagh to IFFCO Chowk. I had my brown wallet till INA. When i stepped outside from metro my wallet was missing. It contains my 4 Debit Cards, 1 Pan Card, Aadhar Card and Forex Card with 3500+ Cash. When i went to complain about it to IFFCO Chowk centre, they refused by saying go to INA. Please Help

                  As I have taken entry from chhattarpur and taken exit at kashmiri gate with open exit gate by my card, today I have try to entry at same kashmiri gate metro gate was not open, while I contact to the customer care they deduction 50 rupess as a penalty from my card even this is not my mistake.
                  They took penalty from me why also amount should be only rs 36 Entry from chhattarpur to kashmiri gate they took Rs 50

                    My Amount deducted but card not recharge

                    I have tried to recharge metro card form Vishwavidhlaya metro on 3 Sep 23 at 1651 hrs during recharge the amount of Ts 100 deducted from my Paytm but the card was not recharge successfully thI have got the failure receipt. When I have asked from the employee who was sitting at card recharge desk He assure me that my amount will refund automatically within two to three days. I am writting this complain after waiting of 4 days after deduction...

                    I daily commute from Noida Sector 76 Metro Station. Daily I have been seeing despite having two security check in they only operate one security check. Because of which people with empty hand also has stand on long queue. Despite long queue they don't open the second check in until somone ask them to do it.

                    Today asked the security personnel who was standing there to do security check in that why don't they operate both the security check in and Tommy surprise the security personnel literally turned back and shouted at me and told and I think I heard him saying they open it according to their will and i should not teach them what to do.

                    Really pathetic behaviour from a person who is serving public. At least at peak hours in the morning they should operate both the security check in. On security personnel was having tea and snacks at this morning peak hours.

                    I think the superior officers have not taught them how to behave with general public. I really felt hurt that they are being paid from our hard earned tax amount but he behaviour of the security personnel showed as if he as doing a favour to me.

                    How can a public servent behave like this and it is the laxity at part of the superior officers who don't teach them how to deal with general public.

                    This happened at 09:00 am on 04.09 2023 morning.

Kindly written my complaint against ur ticket counter person his name is (SOORAJ, and controler name is MANISH) he can't help me not given me solution metro station name is (SEELAMPUR) Kindly rectify my resolution other wise I complaint against DMRC In consumer court.

                        Is the Delhi Metro truly safe? I don't think so. On August 14, 2023, at 10:10 AM, a group of three individuals skillfully stole my iPhone from my pocket on sector 52 noida inside metro station. This incident was captured on CCTV camera 49, coach 6 platform 2, where they executed the theft without any apparent concern for DMRC security and surveillance.

                        This raises a pertinent question: why do these criminals act with such impunity in the face of DMRC security? It seems they believe that the Delhi Metro won't take any action unless a murder occurs or the offender has a strong political or powerful background. Despite being surrounded by hundreds of cameras, valuable belongings are stolen. This begs the question: what is the purpose of these cameras and extensive security checks? Does DMRC not view theft as a crime?

                        Every day, numerous individuals lose precious items to these brazen gang members who roam freely within the metro without fear. These criminals operate in groups, committing crimes without apprehension. Can the Delhi Metro not ensure the safety of its passengers? The increasing incidents of crime within the metro suggest a lack of proactive action by DMRC.

                        It's disheartening that individuals like us might be seen as mere sources of income, with DMRC neglecting our safety concerns. I am skeptical that I will ever recover my stolen phone or that these criminals will be apprehended, as they seem to carry out organized crimes while DMRC appears indifferent to passenger safety. It appears that DMRC only responds fervently when terrorism or murder is involved, signaling that stealing someone's property without consequences is deemed acceptable by them.

                          The road to and from IGNOU in Maidan Garhi is in bad shape. A drainage pipe out of order is not repaired for two days. Decades ago, Delhi Metro used to maintain diverted roads minimizing traffic owes. It is requested that the two inner roads to IGNOU after Z more, particularly the one going towards IGNOU, may please be repaired or got repaired. The work is expected to go on till end of 2025. Hence, paying attention to the daily traffic hassles is important.

                            I am curious from when did eating is prohibited in Delhi metro stations amidst there being so many kiosk selling that.
                            Today while security check, guard stopped me from entering the station while eating ice cream, I asked what happened sir. He just spoke so rudely and their group just drageed me after pointing to his rude behaviour.
                            Later they fined me instead of telling the security officer his rudeness.
                            I am just confused whether I am wrong or the security personnels are free to behave in how so ever manner with the civilians.

                                I was traveling from Karol Bhag metro station on 21 July 2023 and I just entered the metro station around 5:52 pm. At the security check-up point, the guard who was checking people misbehaved with me although I don't know the guard's name or batch number but I can identify him.
                                Incident- I was talking on the phone and I was even not resisting the check-up but he touched me without my consent and pushed me out of the line in front of all people and told me to cut the phone and tried to misuse his powers on me. I was submissive but he abused his powers on me.
                                Remedy - I just want to hear sorry from that specific guy in the same place at the same time.
                                Effect- I am a law student and if it's happening to me then what will be happening to the people who don't know the law?

                                Note - if no reply will be received within 24hrs of submission of this complaint then I will be compelled to take legal action against negligence from your side and against misbehave, mental harassment, and violation of Article 21 of the constitution on that security guard.

                                  I was traveling from vinobapuri metro station on 19 July and the time was 1:40 - 1:45 pm and the ticket vending machine was not working and then go to customer care and then I ask for the ticket and then he refuse to give the ticket and forcing me to download the DMRC app and then I said right now I am in a hurry i will download it later but he show the bad behaviour and try to forcing me to download the application and said if you don't download you will not get the ticket and after wasting my one hour then he gave the Ticket but in a rude behaviour. so the person name is Gulbhara and his employee I'd - 102866and he was on a post of Tom controller.

                                  So kindly consider my complaint and show some action against this because I believe everyone has the right to choose and it also come under the consumer act and they are doing this with other people as well so who give the right to do this and forcing the people to download application if right now he doesn't want it . We really understand the importance but he was working in customer care so he need to give solution to the problem In a simple manner.
