Dear sir/madam, My daughters are studying at Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Kudulu branch at Bangalore, Last Month, they had asked me to submit the paid 30% school fee for all my three daughters ( around 1.2 Lakh). Somehow, I made the payments using My credit cards/savings; now, they linked their Rankguru app with books purchase and blocked their ID for not buying the notebooks.
In the notebook payments, they add additional charges like Exame pads, lab charges, magazine charges etc., which they are not going to fulfil.
For the last 15 days, I am trying to contact the school principal regarding the issue, and she is not bothered to pick or return the parents' calls.
My daughters cannot write exams they are conducting through the app; kindly help me at the earliest.
Sri Chaitanya Techno School customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
