Hi All,

This regarding complaint for Machilipatnam branch.

For Lkg, Ukg and 1st class students strength increasing so please divide sections as early possible. They are keeping more than 3 members are sitting in one branch.

So please consider as priority and take necessary action .

My daughter taken internal transfer from marathahalli to Kaggadasapura bangalore branch on 9th April 2022.still my daughter's transfer was not done.they are saying fee dues are there.wherr as we not not used school transport but still they shown in their system. When I complain agist this, they said except 13000 remain I have to pay. And they have shown this transport amount as concession and they have given all my daughter's records. Same...

Sir Staff asking amount for issuing tranfer certificate at tiruvuru branch,

We are facing below issues by combining of my two kids, they are from 9th and 5th standard.
1) Teachers resignation at VV Nagar branch been increased. Why it is not taking care, even class teachers are changing.
2) There are many pending Books, incompletions are increasing and unit test exams are nearby.
3) Even after full payment made, "Rank guru" app still not working. When we ask at school, they are showing blank faces as if they are hearing it for first time. It would be most of them in school are new and may not aware about the app availability itself.

I ordered uniform for my son on 8th June. Till today, dint receive uniform, nor got any updates about it. I wanted to order one more set o[censored]niform for my other son, but currently there are not taking uniform order for Bangalore branch. Worst management from chaitanya techo school...

When I took the admission for my kid in sri Chaitanya Techno school marthahalli, they told you can move to any branch, location and any time internally through ITC. due to this advantage I joined my kid in marthahalli branch Bangalore and they forced to pay first installment fully which is 30k.
Now due to my job transfer from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
I am planning to transfer my kid to idpl, Hyderabad Sri Chaitanya. initially...

My Name is P.Takeshwar Rao (Ph:[protected]), My kids (P.Jaswanth 5th Class and P.Vikram 3rd class ) are newly admitted in Sri chaitanya techno school in Kurmannapalem branch. I paid Admission and school fees 10, 400/- on 11/05/2022 and also paid for books 13, 924/- on 16/06/2022. My elder son (P.Jaswanth 5th class) Accidentally fall down from 1st floor in my village and also admitted Madicover hospital in srikakulam, Due to fall down Head injury happen in that time, Doctor said observation and medicines required on time and some suggestions given. Due to this Medical issue I want to cancel my kids admission this year from Sri chaitanya school. Please help to take all books and also please provide my admission fees and books fees. Due to this issue I discussed with the principal madam (sri laxmi madam, Ph: [protected]) and also gave a written letter to the madam. And also discussed with "RI" (Ramana PH: [protected]) But i didn't get any support from School .

Facing issues with school hours.
Almost 10hrs students will be at school.
Carries almost 10kg bag. each subject has 3 to 4 books which is meaningless and its for purely business.
After 6th grade no curricular activities. Lot of study pressure.
Not even games period.
Every alterantive they have some tests.

We got offerletter from Sri Chaitanya Scholl from suncity offfice to work at manikonda branch. but manikonda principal rejected to join at manikonda branch stating that Candidate has given interview on 19/20 so it morethan 2 years, again we need to give Demo. and talking very rudly and respect on new joiners as a staff

She is having very roude colture to ommunicate to others. she is acting as a dictator

As per fee payment mode, school has provided online, when we pay the same tbey dont provide invoice as they said no way giving of invoice for online payment students.

K5 campus has not started transport facility to students.

Please look into this isaue immediately has we facing difficulty.

As per initial discussion with school principal I have cleared all the fees.
School Accounts team not updated fee details properly.
Now I am asking for Internal transfer to Hyderabad, but school management not providing the internal transfer mail due to their mistakes they are saying regarding the fees clearance send mail to head office. It's still not resolved from past one month. Now I am unable to take the admission in Hyderabad.
Kindly resolve this issue.

My son studying in yelahanka branch in UKG with admission no. SCS1032037. School uniform and books booked 20days back, till now we have not received. School started and even now books and uniform not sent.

What kind of management is going on. We need to complaint to education board for this kind of management. Even School management don't know, when uniform and books will be sent. Fees, books, uniforms,...

My daughter studying in UKG in marathahally 2 branch .Today is 1st day we were accompanied with kid in bus.we are staying less than 5km school bus reached out starting point 1hr before mean 8 am reached school at 9am .due to they merged 2 diff route students in same bus.once reached school there is no organised way to send kids from bus to class when we ask how they reach class as they are small kids irresponsible ans from transport and principal Mam(sacheeta).further school timing is from 9am to 1pm kid reached our location at 2.30pm almost 2 and half hr to reach less than 5km.Reason after ukg kids left from class to bus they were waiting in the bus almost 1hr till another set student to reach bus there school timing till 2pm.almost 1hr these kids are waiting at bus without any security i have took photos.Main gate is open any one enter school and reach bus easily.even am standing school bus reaching bus easily no asked enquired me why am standing why going inside bus.kids are very insecured in marathahally 2 branch school is running without organised way as for our time is good all well.this won't run long time.Need higher management attention as chaitanya good brand name it's spoiler by this branch school..if you need proof photos how children waiting at bus insecured way i share

Every year collecting fees for art and craft kit. Things given for the amount is not worth as we pay.
Also they are giving excessive and unwanted things in that kit (20 set of erasers, 10 set of pencils, clay modeling kit, glue, files, crayons). Things given in 1st year itself more enough for the consecutive years. If needed we can buy those ourselves.

Why school is insisting to buy this as mandatory from there?

All parents are not wealthy to pay what your are asking unnecessarily. I know some kid parents are working as a daily labour and admitted their kid in your school for the quality of education. But you are simply using the people situations for your favor.

I have given this feedback to the management on every year. They told we will consider it for next year. But still no actions taken.

If I refused to pay for the kit they told to check with accountant, principal, AGM. These 3 people ping pong each other all the time and never given a proper reply for the parents.

Is this a correct way to treat people?I am much disappointed of management and surely I will not prefer this school for other people.

Please make opting Rankguru as optional as it used mostly to conduct exams only and now schools will run in offline and still forcing parents to take Rankguru is not at all good option. We can just assume where a branch has 500 students and 1700 (more for higher classes) per student towards Rankguru so it's around 9 lakhs. So overall 380 branches so total will be around 34 crores per year. Same content will maintain for all branches, as I have good knowledge over IT this is big amount. Hope next year onwards Rankguru is optional.
If you still want to make it mandatory then I have one suggestion to hire some software engineers who has good knowledge over application creation and so that you can maintain your own application and because of this some folks will get job and for sure you can provide digital content for less than 200 instead of 1700+. With 200 also you will get more than 2 crore profit( by considering team of 10 people with average salary 1 lakh per month so total salaries per year 1 crore 20 lakhs and 200 per student, 500 students per school, total 380 branches means around 3+ crores per year. Once application is stable then just only maintenance and further you can provide less than 50 rupees per student.

Hope Sri Chaitanya management will make it optional from next year onwards otherwise they will provide less than 200 rupees instead of 1700+.

Even I am ready to develop and provide better app than Rankguru with less than 50 rupees per student for all Sri Chaitanya branches.

I have admission in marathalli 2 bangalore of my daughter but the books delevery is very bad service they didn't calld for mobile number they kept the parcel to next to my house if some one taken the parcel who will response for the courier can u take serious action please, ...

I have admitted my son in 7th STD after getting confirmation from PRM Mrs Prabha about transportation. For two weeks she kept saying transportation will be arranged in a 2to 3 days. Now transportation is not available. Including principal everybody denies responsibility. Now my son is left without any school as most of the school admission is closed or fees are very high or syllabus is not matching my requirement. I need this to be resolved on high priority.

Today went to school for collection books, spoke srikanth(transport incharge requested him to try level best to come near mythrinagar, as he given the commitment will come srikara hospital, then only have decided my kids admission, now have requested try to come bit closer to my residence in a very requesting way, the way he answered is not all acceptable, as i got references and through advertisement, and also chaitanya group is doing fantastic job in education, that is the reason taken decision to join my children, my only concern is not to damage your name because of these kind of employees

Once again requesting try to provide tranport near mythrinagar, becuse am not available at my home in the morning as am running privisional store in a coomunity

In vidyaranyapura branch teachers are not ready to give notes nor explain the chapter in class. Teachers ask student search in google write the formulas and others. Students will not know what is the homework bcoz there is no dairy writing. I do have many complaints so if I get call from your side I will be able to provide detailed information. Zonal Dean also will not help in any Concepts. If I ask in school few teachers will target students. We don't how to over come with this. We need our ward to continue in sri chaitanya but we are worried.
