I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident involving the K2 branch of your school, where my child, TEJASWINI, is enrolled in the 9th CLASS. My name is Krs Chakravarthy, and I am a resident of Kondapur, Hyderabad.
In connection with my child's education, an annual fee of INR 1, 40, 000 is required. While I have already made an initial payment of INR 50, 000, I regret to inform you that due to personal commitments, I was unable to make the payment for the second term on time.
Today, I visited the K2 branch to discuss and make the necessary payment, intending to explain the delay to the branch Principal BINDU. Unfortunately, the branch principal BINDU was uncooperative, exhibiting rude behavior by using inappropriate language such as asking me to "go away with your daughter." This unprofessional conduct has deeply upset me.
While I acknowledge the delay in payment, it is disheartening to experience such disrespectful behavior. Education is a priority for us, and we believe in working hard to secure a better future for our children.
However, the apparent focus of your school management solely on financial matters is disconcerting.
I find it necessary to file a formal complaint against your organization with the Telangana Educational Department.
I implore you to ensure that such incidents do not negatively impact the lives of students and their parents.
I trust you will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future.
