Also experience certificate

I left the school by providing 3 month notice and serving the same.
At the end of three month she is not proving any of the above mention certificates.

I had taken an admissionfor by son, Sourish Mishra in Nursery in your Munekolala, Marathahalli, Bangalore Branch on Oct, 2012 for the academic year 2013-14 in advance bypaying Rs. 20, 000. But due to unexpected circumstances, we had to cancel ourson’s amission into the school and this has been clearly communicated to theschool management and principal. I am the parent of [Neelam. Adhvik Prem Kumar], who was admitted to Class 4 in your institution for the academic year 2024–2025. Despite fulfilling all formalities and making the complete fee payment, his details were **not updated** in the Government UADAI portal.

Due to this oversight:

1. My child’s academic record for the last year is **not regularized** in official records.
2. We were disqualified from the **‘Talli Ki Vandanam’ government scheme**, resulting in a financial loss of **₹13, 000**.
3. For the 2025–2026 academic year, the government portal wrongly reflects his admission in **Class 4**, although he is physically studying in **Class 5**.

These errors have caused **severe distress**, loss of benefits, and confusion in his academic progression.

I kindly request:

- Immediate correction of my child's academic records in the UADAI portal.
- Issuance of proper documentation confirming Class 4 attendance in 2024–2025 and current status in Class 5.
- Compensation or refund for the loss of government scheme benefits due to administrative negligence.
- A formal apology and assurance that such discrepancies will not repeat in future.

Please treat this matter with urgency. I reserve the right to escalate this issue to educational authorities and consumer grievance platforms if not resolved promptly.

My son was studying in nallasopara branch.In nallasopara branch principal is i think she didn't have any experience she don't no how to talk with present.she was doing partiality with my son and daughter pls take strict action against her and she doing at exam time full copy for weak students for good results and I tell them I remove my both kids from your school she tell remove and what you want to do do pls take strict action

At the time of admission we discuss about the total fees and at the end they fix some amount depends on the classes after discount.and they give commitment as in the month of August your fees will be updated in online portal but till now they didn't update the fees.daily they are harrassing to pay fees if didn't pay they are not allowing to our children's in exam and as well school so please support us.

Bus feez are high but bus facility is very worst

In many of the classes in karur branch of sri chaitanya techno school, ventilation is lacking as windows are not available for air circulation. What is more pathetic is inspite of multiple requests for changing the fans which is not in a working condition, the same has not been resolved till date. Students are facing repeated headaches as they are sweating even in windy month of June.

Immediate steps required by Management of karur branch of Chaitanya school in doing the needful in replacing new fans and provide ventilation facility ASAP.

I am suresh one of my kid is studying in sri chaitanya techno school kr puram branch Bangalore, as this is July first week also completed but still academic books not issued to us, as we reached to school management many times but we didn't seen any action from the management, kindly necessary action to school management

I have two kids studying in Sri Chaitanya Techno school Raipur, one is class 5th and other in Class 6th, they were in the same school last year as well .

School administration has promised that they will not change books material every year, and my younger kid will be able to study with books from the older one.

But now they made it compulsory to buy books and copies in set, and saying that material has changed slightly so students have to buy new books. Otherwise they will not sell copies to us if we dont buy books.

They have done tieup with Classmet company and selling customised broad ruled notebooks which are not available in local market. Parents are helpless to buy premium charged material from school.

My kids are studied last year Balaji nagar, this year also we planned to continue same school and campus so we paid some fee for books as well, suddenly I got a call from Sri Chaitanya school they Informed me they are going to change campus to A/C Nagar campus, I requested them to refund my amount but no proper response from them.my kids are very small age 5 and 3.6 years they are not ready to travel daily by bus

my daughter is studying in NAD 2 campus Visakhapatnam, where the washrooms has no doors and locks. This is very disgusting and embarrassment situation kindly resolve the issue.

Today admission staff was very rude to my mom in Ramachandrapura Branch, Bangalore. My mom is next good at using phone or banking related activities. My mom visited thr school to order uniform to my sibling, since the payment can only be processed through online, on a call I requested them to send UPI ID or screen shot of QR code, but they refused to initially telling they can't keep assisting each and every one who comes as it would take hours to assist, they even to threatened to cancel the admission, after continuous requests from my mom they ordered the books after sending me the screen shot, is school so incapable of assisting such things to parents who are not aware of things.
Yesterday they even laughed at my mom for knowing few things. So, utterly disappointed with the admin staff.
We held the School at very high esteem, but seeing the behavior have to think otherwise.
Hoping they are not so rude the next time and to any other parents.

In Chennai, Selaiyur Sri Chaitanya Techno School, AGM, Principal and Co-Ordinators miss using the school staffs during school working hours. Most of the time, amdin team, cleaning team, drivers are engaged and assigned for their personal works. Due to which there is shortage of man power in school and unable to meet the basic needs for students. Every time, parents and students needs to wait for their availability.

My daughter is studying in Class 7 in the Chinsurah Branch. This is 2nd year running the promised Air Conditioning of the class room are not being operative . The lame excuses are being given by the school like load issue should not be a concern of a parent who has paid the fees for this services. Your prospectus or admission time documents and promises had never talked about the load issue and other ifs and buts. If you can promise so confidently and took money from the parents you should provide the service also with same confidence.

We as a parent just feeling we have been cheated badly by the management team of this unit of such a reputed group.

We all use AC and are very much aware about he load factor, so it is unfortunate to see the excuses the school management is providing. We are not able to understand how the school is charging the full fees when they are not providing the full service. If your team can not provide the service as it has been promised during the admission, obviously you can not change us the full fee. Entire 1st year we have been bluffed and now in 2nd year also same things are repeating. The Consumer forum surely will look into this matter if it is not resolved with immediate effect.
