Sri Chaitanya Techno School — Making MTSO, STSO exams mandatory, making us to pay fee and conducting exam on Weekends

Perumbakkam, Chennai Branch. They say MTSO, STSO exams are mandatory for kids. They made us to pay the fee for those exams in spite of me not willing to take those exams for my kid. Now conducting those exams on Weekends is beyond legal. How can you force a student to mandatory attend an exam on a weekend?
I strictly want to abide by the School and Legal rules. I want kids to have personal life also and NOT just studies and school life. I dont my kid to spend any extra time outside the School hours on Exams, be it online or in person.
