    Travels - Sahara Travels
    Bus Type - A/C Seater / Sleeper (2+1)
    D.O.J[protected]
    Seat No - 28
    Boarding Pt - Teen Imli Chauraha
    Add - Teen Imli Chauraha, Indore.
    They not give my booked seat.
    As i traveling bus is like just a local bus. 5-6 passenger sit in a single seat. Very rush and dust bus. I advice you all please never use this Sahara Bus Sevice.

      I have booked the ticket from hyd to pune on[protected] for the date[protected] bus time was 10.52pm at kukatpally. And bus got canceled by you due to breakdown. On the same day i have raised complaint with paytm for refund. But the still amount not refunded. I have spoken with paytm said that confirmation from you is not received. Kindly give confirmation.

        Hyderabad to pune - travel thru sahara travels - 10:46 pm at kondapur, hyd (On date 31 may 2019) - pnr - 64qjs8j6

        1) late pick up by 35 mins
        2) multiple halt for carrying luggage
        3) 2 halt at hotel of third class quality - no hygenic
        3) no ac working from the morning onwards
        4) after a complaint to sahara travel - hyd office, the concerned person started giving backfire and abuse wording instead of solving the issue of ac.
        5) no ac repair is done till pune stop -
        6) rude operator and bad wording
        7) no water provided

        Third class service - we need refund asap.

        Bus did not provided with AC service that day.
        The incharge was very rude and trying to make me wrong.

          Happy journey!

          I booked 3 tickets. They asked 1800 for luggage. I am very disappointed this time as i chose sahara travels trusting the brand name. I am a fond user of facebook and instagram.

          Please refund 1800 into my bank account or i will be very dissatisfied.

            Si now same is matured before 3 year still i have not received payout your unnao branch was pussered me from 3 year the are not providing me payout
            The branch manager of sahara india para banking unnao branch said to me he has no money to returns for customer payment.

            Sir can you help me for providing me my matured payments.
            Sir my humble request to you please help us next month my daughter's married i have urgency or money
            Please help for the same

              i have the ticket as per above given details, the bus reached at zaheerabad at 2 am and driver concluded the bus can not move forward to pune at 3 am. after that he taken the details and said the amount will return back . so i am asking the details for return back for cancelled bus.

                I have booked ticket on 25th May 2015 from Hyderabad to Mumbai through Sahara Travels Website, ticket has not got confirmed, but amount has got debited 2 times from my account. when i speak to sahar travels, they say to contact abhi bus as they are their service providers, when i contact abhibus they say to speak to sahara travels we are not responsible, i have clear bank statement given by my bankers saying the amount has got credited to sahara travels,

                I am unable to get the refund of INR 2700, Request anyone to share the details on how to get this amount refund.

                  I have booked a ticket from pane to Hyderabad for 18th oct.but now I have received a message stating that the service has been cancelled. I have bought the ticket for RS 1000 and I have now observed that they cancelled the service only to sell the tickets at a higher price i.e Rs.1800. When I called them they told that they cancelled their services from 18th oct -26th oct though they are carrying out their services.

                    Hi, My Name is Raghavender Chavva and I had booked tickets to tirupathi from Hyderabad on 31st October and Bus start time is 10.30PM. Along with my wife I have boarded into bus at Nampally Station, Hyderabad. On the way to Tirupati at Kurnool toll gate RTA has stopped the bus and after verification RTA said that this is seized, you will be taken to Kurnool bus stand from there you have to travel by RTC bus with your expenses. We went Thirupathi and after coming back to Hyderabad I contacted Sahara Travels office and they are not responding to me at all. This ticket was booked by a travel agency through VIA site. That travel agency guy also not responding to me. I have raised a complaint in VIA, and complaint number is: REF000000A2L3 almost 20 days back, still they are also not responding. I bought 2 tickets and each one costs 1100(Total 2200 + 50 commission to Travel Agency) Now I am not sure how to handle this situation and who can help me. Please help me regarding this issue.                       I traveled on Sahara Bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 7th May 2010. In spite of paying a high price of Rs1500.00 the bus was in a horrible condition and the agent did not issue any ticket for the price I paid. Instead he took away the receipt I had for the amount I paid.
                      All thru the night journey the bus broke in between twice and delayed. Early in the morning the bus stopped after crossing anantapur and we where stranded in the middle of the road. After 2hrs of agony we where boarded as standing passengers on Omer Travel Bus which again the bus was in a similar condition. The 4 hour journey to Bangalore was on standing.
                      In spite of all the trouble we had to go thru, I called Sahara Bus Agent in Bangalore asking for atleast the refund of the amount I paid. He blindly refused to pay me and was very rude on me with his foul language. This is pure atrocity of Sahara Bus service. Instead of compensating for the poor bus service they are now brutally denying to even refund the amount paid.

                      My tkt was not bkd although, my acct was debited.The tkt did not come.I contacted sahara bus but despite follow-up over 10 days the money has still not been credited to my acct.i think pvt operators are un scrupulous and only prompt police action can help. Sekar
