I have plot in vhf in 1997 in i parchace in jagannath I have 4 plots in hosur in Attibele I have one plot...

We had very bad experience. Mr. Nazir made false promises to us. He told us that he is having services at kodaikanal, ooty & musore and also told us that he will arrange transport from ooty to mysore and mysore to bangalore but all is fake. We have arranged transportation from ooty to mysore and mysore to bangalore on our own. Also he has taken advance from us for private transport arrangement. Secondly for ooty and mysore he has taken money for sidescene through car and sent mini bus. For each location he has taken hadsome commission which we are not aware. We have lost almost 5000/- due to booking through this travel office. I strongly recommend not to do any booking through this travel agent. They are not picking up our calls and not returning our money.

This idiot organisation has just made our life more than something hell. He just made the most fake promises and told that within rs. 18000 he will make all the expenses for Ooty, Mysore, Connor and wonderla. And at every time he took extra charges like anything. In Mysore we just wandered with family at midnight. How it has been recognised by Karnataka government. This is how Modi is catching black money. Please take action immediately. And try your best to shut down this organisation.

Hari prasad of sri sri sri bhavani travels near banglore railway station cheated us by making false promises.we were proceeding to mysore he assured us he will send in airawath bus but made us stand for 2 hours and ultimately gave driver cabin seats. He was not responding on phone when we tried to call him. For local sight seeing he said he will arrange tata indica but he didnt arrange any vehicle. We were in a helpless situation as he was not lifting his phone. So friends pl be aware of such cheater travel agents. Cross check then only venture into there travels.

Please read my complaint line by line to make the services/deals trustworthy and help me to refund my money

Mr. Hari Prasad the manager of Sri SriSri Bhavani Travels Company is not honest and trustworthy person. I don’t know if he owns the company or he is the employee of the company. He should not be permitted to run the business. He cheats his tourist clients in thousands of rupees. The tourists trust him and are giving him good business by buying the tour packages every day. Tourists purchase the tour packages for local sights seeing like Bangalore (Bengaluru), Mysore, Ooty etc and for interstate tours as well. Tour Packages are contracts and promises between the company and the tourists. After the tourists have reached into other states on a tour, if Mr. Hari Prasad breaches his contract, promises and trust and also does the dishonesty, does not honour the packages he sold to his tourists then what the tourists can do at that moment. No tourists can afford to come back to his office in person for any dispute, claims or to get the refund money back. Mr. Hari Prasad is that person who is cheating his tourist clients. In this situation he puts his tourist clients into a pain o[censored]pset, frustration and into many more badly mental conditions. The tourists are helpless at this point.

We two families (all senior citizens above 65 years) live in Canada and USA. We were on our holidays in Punjab this winter-2014. We two families of four members planned for a tour from Punjab to Maharashtra first, then Karnataka and in last Goa. We reached Bangalore City Railway Station early morning of 13/03/2014 which was our second destination. Our hotels booking were already confirmed for our stay in Bangalore and in Goa as well. We approached Sri Sri Sri Bhavani Travels which is very closer to railway station and met Mr. Hari Prasad there. He introduced himself as a manager in that travel company. We put up our tour/sightseeing plan to him that was like this;

On same day 13/03/2014 from 10:00am until 6-7pm local sight seeing in Bangalore City.
14/03/2014 Mysore trip in a deluxe bus. 15/03/2014 from 10:00am until 6-7pm a few sight seeing in Bangalore and shopping around. Afterthis Mr. Hari Prasad enquired about our Goa tour plan. We explained every thing to him that we had train booking/reservation confirmed in AC First Class fromYesvantpur Jn to Londa Jn on the night of 15/03/2014. From Londa Jn to Goa we would catch any connecting train with ordinary tickets on the morning of 16/03/2014. Our hotel booking is already confirmed in Goa but Taxi arrangement we would do after reaching in Goa. After knowing all our plan Mr. Hari Prasad told us to cancel the Railway booking fromYesvantpur to Londa Jn. and he came with an offer as one package for Rs.1800/- +15500/- for four persons. He explained the package in break up.That is:
Rs.1800/- One day tour on 14/03/2014 to Mysore in Deluxe Bus for four.

Rs.15500/- (a) AC Taxi on13/03/2014 for local sight seeing in Bangalore City. (b) AC Taxi on15/03/2014 for a few local sight seeing in Bangalore and shopping around. (c) Taxi from our hotel to Bus Stop for catching bus for Goa on night of 15/03/2014 (d) AC Sleeper Bus from Bangalore to Goa on night of 15/03/2014. (e) On arrival in Goa on 16/03/2014, Taxi from bus stand to our hotel. (f) AC Taxi from12:00pm to 7-8pm on 16/03/2014 for sight seeing in Goa. (g) AC Taxi from 9am to 8-9pm on 17/03/2014 for sight seeing in Goa. (h) Taxi at 5:00am on 18/03/2014 from our hotel to airport, for catching flight from Goa to Chandigarh.

Mr.Hari Prasad has provided us the services are only: (a) 14/03/2014 tour to Mysore (b) AC Taxi on 13/03/2014 (c) AC Sleeper Bus from Bangaloreto Goa on the night of 15/03/2014. But he did not provide us any rest of the services of the package (contract) we purchased from him. We waited for the taxi on the morning of 15/03/2014. After waiting a lot I tried to contact Mr. Hari Prasad but he did not answer any of my phone calls in the morning of that day. Then we had to hire two auto rickshaws for whole day trip on this day. In the after noon of that day, don’t remember the exact time, a phone call received from Mr. Hari Prasad explaining his inability in providing us the taxi for that day and said he would refund the money same evening through one of his taxi driver. Further he asked us to be ready in our hotel by 8:00pm to go to bus stand for catching the Goa bound bus. He would be sending the taxi for taking us to the bus stand and the refund money with same taxi driver. I received a phone call at around 7:30pm asking us to come down to the hotel lobby with our all baggage and be ready to go to bus stand. A man came at about 7:50pm and asked us to arrange a taxi ourselves and he would take us to bus stand. We arranged a taxi and went to bus stop along with that person. On the way I asked that man about refund money if Mr. Hari Prasad had sent through him. That man answered, no money was sent through him. After reaching at bus stop I called Mr. Hari Prasad and asked him why had he not sent the taxi and the refund money? He said, taxi was sent. I asked him then talk to your man. He replied he would talk next day (tomorrow). When I asked for refund money, he replied he forgot to send that refund money and asked me not to worry. He would make some arrangement. We all were very upset but helpless. We reached Margao (Madgaon), Goa next day at10:00am 16/03/2014. I made a call to Mr.Hari Prasad asking for a taxi to go to the hotel. He said ‘no’, we were supposed to go to hotel with our own arrangement. After reaching into hotel I again made a call to him asked him for a taxi at noon (12:00) for sight seeing and taxi for whole tour in Goa as per the package. He in a hurry said OK and dropped the line. We came out of our rooms at 12 o’clock and sat in the hotel lobby. We waited from 12:00pm to 4:00pm but no taxi appeared. I kept on calling Mr. Hari Prasad after every15-20 minutes and his answer each time was the same “taxi reaching soon” “taxi on its way”. At 4:00pm when I called him he said he could not provide the taxi to us for that day and for the remaining entire tour in Goa. We should go ahead with our own arrangement. He (Mr. Hari Prasad) said he would refund the money Rs.8000/- towards the services he could not provide us. He told me to provide him a bank account through SMS and he assured he would immediately transfer Rs.8000/- into that account. Please imagine what could or would be the state of mind in such a situation of those tourists who came all the way from Canada, USA to enjoy their holidays in India. We were so much helpless, upset and frustrated can not be explained. We were even sick and in mental pain too. Then with the help of the attendant of that hotel, we hired a taxi for our whole tour in Goa. We returned to Punjab on 18/03/2014. I have, since then, contacted Mr. Hari Prasad time to time for refund of money. I followed up this matter from18/03/2014 to 10/04/2014 from Punjab, India and then I returned to Canada on 11/04/2014. There after I followed up same matter from here Canada. I had sent him bank A/C through SMS. Then he asked for Receipt No. I had sent that also to him. After this he asked for a few more information, I had sent that too. Every time when ever I called him he said, “He will transfer the money today – He will transfer the money tomorrow – He will transfer the money after three days -- There are holidays in the banks.” Every time on calling he gave some excuses. He asked the bank A/C three times so far from me as the previous one he lost some where. Up till this day he has not refunded the money. Now at this time we are really very much sick, upset, frustrated and in mental pain.

Mr. Hari Prasad had tortured us a lot. We are compelled now and have come forward to put up a complaint. We would request, please take the appropriate action against Mr. Hari Prasad for his cheating and the pains he gave to his clients due to the inconveniences he created. And help us to getting our refund money from him. Money may please be transferred to the bank A/C which is already, atleast three times, given to Mr. Hari Prasad.

Hari Prasad only reservation kanyakumari to vijayawada 8 persons total fare Rs. 3610/- . he was not gave railway ticket vijayawada to bhopal. he was not return my remaining Amt 6390/-. travel and tour company "shi sri sri bhavani travels" in front of majestic railway had told tour package for Rs 1200 but later it told for making Rs 1400 if we want special darshan then we paid 1400 they told its not necessary to pay by us for tirupati darshan ticket when we reach there i[censored] want to have darshan pay for ticket then again we paid for darshan ticket Rs 50 when we return back ask money with him he told he told he will pay on next day now he didnt try to receive call if we try to contact then he always go out if we ask for other staff they told to deal with him only that person name is suresh
