    Dear sir

    We got the worst bus service on journey from medarametla to visakhapatnam
    The bus has been stopped several times in between journey. Amd we got full of smoke inside the bus at Narsipatnam tollgate, No body taking responsibility for taking our destination.

      Dear sir

      I am doing journey in sri krishna travels from medarametla to visakhapatnam, In between the bus has been stopped several times and at narsipatnam tollgate we got full of smoke inside the bus, The driver and other persons are not taking any responsibility to send us to destination.

        ongole to vijayanagaram bus
        guntur Staff behave rudely towards customers. They don't accept to put luggage under bus and asked to put it under seats.They fill all luggage area with cargo.Is it travels bus or cargo bus??
        staff speak too much harshly . Booked ticket because it is experienced travels, didn't expect this type of behaviour.

          I was traveling from Bangalore to Hyderabad. The bus was pathetic. AC valves were broken and the staff had to stuff clothes to prevent direct outlet of air. Foot pad were broken. I would suggest never ever to choose this bus.

            I booked the ticket in Sri Krishna travels from Hyderabad to siddantham. It s an AC bus. The driver did not switch on the AC n asked us to open doors n it s summer. N we even have to keep luggage in the bus near our legs. V paid for AC n for comfort journey n why should we struggle lik this?I want the refund as I did not have comfort journey in this bus. Will never get on this bus n will not suggest for any one else.

              What kind of bus u r sending to customerto travel. Worst service are giving to customers. We r travelling ongole to vizag because of emergency. We got it of service bus. And sstrucked in vijayawada. This travel service not giving any response.

                  We booked ticket from Theni to Chennai for 17th F9eb 21:15 PM, Now from (The Krishna Travels) travels and saying that they have changed the bus, I booked lower breath for my Mother( 62 Year ) . But they are saying as the bus has changed we don't have lower breath, They are offering upper breath to my mother or they are informing that they will refund 100 Rs in rude manner. we booked the seat for RS 650. Money doesn't matter now how we can check the alternative and how my mother can travel in upper breath. Please consider this priority and take necessary action on the transport. we are booking only on the TRUST to Redbus. Hope you will take necessary action.

                    We have booked a ticket from kphb to ponnur due to health issues and thinking of Coopassengers health we want to cancel the ticket before half day of bus timming but they said no cancelation and no refund we lost 2500 rupees because of this dirty travels

                        I was travelling from Kolkata airport to Siliguri on 24th December 2021 so the bus was suppose to come at 9pm from Hasting’s more near Howrah to Kolkata airport and the bus was ac bus so the bus delayed and pick me up at 11:15pm and the bus sits arrangements are too bad and can’t be able to sit properly and the ac switches were broken and charging points were deliberately switched off from the main counter but they took ₹1375 for per seats, but the amount should be ₹500 to ₹900 because of their service, so I want to launch a complain against this travel agency as they are harassing passengers

                            I was booked today's trip in Sri Krishna Travels at November 7 2021 from srivilliputtur to Chennai, due to heavy Rain i got wfh and i need to change my travel Date as November 13 2021, I already Paid 2000 Bus fare, Kindly Request you Please help me to change my travel Date, if not Please Refund money

                              I heard alot of Good about Sri krishna travels but yesterday night I had worst experience..I done reservation from Nellore to Hyderabad A/c class ticket but when I reached my sleeper seat on it's other side a man who is totally drunk ..who is speaking continuously I asked him to be quite but he isn't I can't even sit there because of smell of alcohol ..I discussed issue with the staff but of no use.. can't even sleep because of smell.. what's o[censored]se of spending alot of money for AC Class and can't even sleep in there..trust me I never hated journey soo much..and my money is totally wasted I felt...

                                You are having a such ### travels without informing us changed bus and the bus was untidy and without ac I booked ac sleeper from banglore to vijayawada in the middle of my journey u dirty people changed bus to without ac please people don't encourage this kind of ### travels

                                  I had booked ticket from Mehandipur Balaji to Delhi in Shree Krishna Travels in AC Bus. PNR No. was[protected] and bus no UP83AT8594. But during the journey Bus was non-ac and seats were wet. Windows were sounding. I felt very nervous and your service was too bad.
                                  Kindly request you to refund me difference of AC and Non-AC ticket asap. Otherwise next sunday I will talk to your driver when your bus will come at Mehandipur Balaji. I am from there local.

                                    They are charging extra charges for luggage too much...

                                    Eg: for 50 kgs they charge 150 rupees...

                                    Is it travels bus or Transportation van...

                                      Had a really worst traveling experience with Sri Krishna travels on my trip to kavali to Banglore. I have booked 3 sleeper seats 1 single and 1 double..they have cancelled that bus without informing us and they booked all together different seats in other bus..I am traveling with two small kids and with two ladies..they have booked different seats in other bus ..at the time of traveling driver says I am not responsible person to deal it with..these people are very irresponsible at time of leaving the bus..I have suffered alot at the time of travel. If the management have seen this complaint please respond and take action against these people.
