I have booked the Ticket from Ap to telangana. Why you are Interchange people from buses? Are you cheating the government Or people. If you repeat again Next time then I will call to police station And give the complaint on RTO office.

      Had a worst ever travelling experience with Sri Krishna travels on my trip from Chennai to Vijayawada. Just imagine being right on time and getting yelled at. The bus driver & staff called me said that they'd leave me and go if I'm not at the boarding point 15 minutes early. If only I was not some 400m away, I would've definitely missed the bus. And remember, I was on time but when I entered the bus, they started yelling at me like they are some sort of hooligans.

      I mean just what kind of service would not wait until the boarding time but leave their passengers and go on their own? Maybe they wanted to make a quick buck off of those empty seats.

      Having experiencing this dirty behavior and timelessness I'd suggest you to go for any other travels than this. Just the bus looking good or okay is never enough for any kind of traveller to feel safe and sound.

      Also, did I mention the ALCOHOL smell surrounding the staff? I feel like I should because that's ACTUALLY concerning!!!

      And as if all of that wasn't enough, they asked extra cash for the luggage. Can you believe it? Refusing to accept what was tipped and shamelessly begging for more money even after all that ruckus they had caused. Truly unbelievable and unforgettable experience.

        Very pathetic experience with Krishna Rath.
        I had a booking from MMT from Purnea to Muzaffarpur and booked a sleeper seat but when I reached to bus conductor refuse to give sleeper seat and I stood an hour after that he provide me staff seat while my ticket was confirmed.
        The bus number was 7870.

            I requested to driver pick up me in Hanuman junction starting and me and my family stands on road he seen and could not stopped bus I ran and caught the bus along with my 1.5 years kid and 4 years kids.

            His is talking worsts and he using vulgar language he full drunk and driving bus rash along few drunken friends they also Specking worsts.

            He is drunk and driving who us responsible to my life.

            Dear team of Sri Krishna Travels,

            We had a very bad experience traveling with you and have decided that we would never travel with you again.

            Me, a mother of two small kids requested the driver to support in letting us get into the bus near the city outskirts. The driver has answered that I will see, if I find you guys then I will let you in nor I will move ahead to the bus stand. The bus stand is 2kms away and at the time of 11pm we didn't get public transport for conveyance. With kids and elder people with me, I was standing on the road but the driver has not stopped the bus even after recognizing us and he was at the speed of 80-90kmph at the time he passed us by.

            I had to request my fellow friends and to drop us at the bus stop. On asking the reason for not stopping there was a heated argument with the driver. To my surprise, the driver was drunk full on. The whole night I was really in fear of my kids life. How can a drunken person drive us carefully for 400kms and this has made me to decide not to travel with you again

            I said to driver I will take serious will do complaint he replied what you have to do your self I never fear about it.

            Kindly plz take serious passengers life

                My dropping time is 8 am in srikakulam but still i am in visakhapatnam.,

                Your travel's is maintaining the timings like this.in my entire life time i will never book the sri krishna travel's.

                My interview is scheduled at 9:30 in srikakulam but i am not able to attend the same.

                When you increasing the fare during week ends, then you should also run the bus in time., many people's are suggested me to not book the sri krishna travel's but unnecessarily i have booked the ticket.,

                  Already we paid amount for booking at the chennai. But now here in nellore, the persons who has to deliver not delivering my parcel and they asking for extra amount as hamali charges etc. On receipt they not mentioned any hamali charge at the booking.

                    Tkt #1854962, doj 29/10/19 from kukatpally to chilakaluripet booked.

                    08:34 pm got message coach # ap07th5626 attendant: vamsi contact #[protected] reporting time was mentioned 10:05 pm
                    09:00 pm got message coach # ar01t4444, reporting time mentioned 10:15 pm at metro kukatpally.
                    Driver/attendant even did not call when approaching stop or not even answered my calls.
                    Waited at metro from 10:15 pm and started calling from 10:20 pm to [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] - all numbers i have in text messages, website and waited for 45 minutes.
                    No one even responded to the calls.
                    Driver.
                    My experience with this travels really sucks. Horrible customer service.

                      Im travelling from nellore to hydreabad the bus break downed 20km near to kavali after 1 and half they called another bus again that bus also breakudowned near adanki the driver left nd he went somewhere with out giving any information... We had waited their for half an hour and time is around 2pm and later we chooosed another bus and paid extra for it sooo we want refund...

                        I booked two tickets from noida to kanpur. Bus time was 11:15. But bus didn’t reached. On every call they said 45 mins, half an hour and so on...
                        At last at 2:30 pm they said that bus left without picking us.

                        We waited approx 3 and half hour at night time.

                        Next day we recieved msg that thanks for journey with us where we didn’t did any journey. When we asked for refund than they transferred ticket to next day.

                        Next day again same thing happen than we took other bus and reached

                        Refund my money with compensation as we waited for approx 3 to 4 hours on both days otherwise will take legal action and file complaint in consumer court.

                          I want an apology from your drive srinivasa rao 9848549fff for his irresponsibility and rude behavior. The job of any driver to give the arrival time update and contact the customer with politeness to give the deliveries. Also, i have seen complaints on this srinivasa rao [protected] in consumercomplaints.in. If you have taken any action on these old complaints then this day wouldn't have arrived. His rude behavior is recorded and added in this mail.

                          On 24-aug-19 saturday a bike-transport is booked from vijayawada to banglore with pickup point as silk-board and got driver number in srikrishnatravels.

                          I called this driver about arrival time, this guy refused to give the details and showed a rude tone.

                          The second time i called him and asked please call me once you reach the tin factory. Now this driver picked up vulgar words and referred to call. This really hurt me badly.

                          So i took my cousin help from vijayawada, and he got the details of drop time as 6:30 am by contacting the transport department.

                          I was waiting in the silkboard from 6; 00 am onwards. This driver not called after reaching silk board and left the passengers silently without calling me. Before leaving he called and stated vulgar language words and drove.

                          Luckily i caught him at silk board signal. He refused to do the delivery despite asked him multiple times. So i boarded the bus forcefully. He started threatening and said he will run the bud over me and started using vulgar languages.

                          He drove the bus till the last stop but not handed over my bike. Insted he sent it to the office through the clear.

Inbetween driver (Mr. Srinivas) came and said to go to upper seat because he wanted to accommodate some other. I denied and said i booked for this seat only. He argued even he has not requested.                               Filing a case of bus driver for indecent behavior. He is operating from bangalore to hyderabad. His name is veera.
                              He was not even taking the bus two feets back. I had lot of luggage and i couldn't lift it alone. They took extra money and promised me to help with the luggage. And whatever he was talking ss very very indecent and vulgar in nature.

                                Yesterday night, the bus operator don't pickup me.
                                I booked a ticket from hyderabad to kakinada at 8.05pm through redbus app..i got a msg &email ...departure [protected]@ 8:05 pm in front of Near JC Brothers, opp kalamandir...but the driver called me 7:44pm and he told me that the departure time was 7.45pm...so we are going to catch the bus..i called to your driver.. at 8.03pm, .and they replied me, already bus left going long come to LB Nagar, bus will reach at 10.30, ..
                                Experienced a worst situation with the bus staff...even he don't know how to talk with the customers how to manage and he is using a very vulgar language while talking to customer...Nd plz do respond to this complaint as we gone through a very very bad situation...

                                  Yesterday night that is 4th June I travelled on sri Krishna travels and in the city ac is worked ... after city outskirts no ac.. simply the driver said ac wire is cut.. I am adding my ticket details.. every passenger faced the same situation and we just asked the driver charge as per non ac give remaining amount.. and more over it is late by 1 hour .. and they didnt provide bedsheet while working ac that is in the city...

                                    7755 vehicle from hyderabad to nellore. Travel date 10/4/2019. We are 2 female passengers logging this ticket. It's been 6 hrs i started travelling and they haven't stopped a single time for biological breaks. We understand that situation is different today due to traffic but this is a minimum concern they are supposed to understand. There are kids, pregnant ladies and diabetes patients who are very sensitive for such issues. We raised the issue and driver is very unprofessional talking ride and using offensive words. We contacted the branch to log the complaint and the number says switched off. I'm going to take this legally in the next 2 days on the entire travels and let's solve this in the court in case if the issue is not resolved by tonight.

                                      I have booked 3 sleeper tickets from annavaram to hyderabad.

                                      I have called the bus driver and asked him to stop the bus at temple down street 30mins before the bus arrival time and he agreed for it. I have called again just 10mins before the bus arrival time to follow up on my request as it was raining heavily and he again agreed to stop the bus at the point i have requested.

                                      I have seen the bus and raised my hand as a signal to stop the bus, but he passes over me. I tried calling him and he didn't answer my call for 3 times. Finally he picked up my call and told me to come forward for more than a kilometer. I requested him very politely as my parents are old and not able to walk in that heavy rain and also i have heavy weight luggage.
                                      But the driver replied me harshly saying that "this is my bus. I don't want to come back for you. This is not an auto to stop here and there. If you want to come, i'll wait for 5 mins. Else i'll go." this the response from him. I'm a frequent traveller and have never seen such an irresponsible driver. Having no other option i made my parents walk in that heavy rain with such weights in hands.. This is the worst experience i have ever faced in my life.

                                      If management understood my pain, please do something that could make me happy. I'm ready to fight against this issue and will definitely reach out to civil court just to make sure no other person should suffer like me.

                                        I have booked ticket from tanguturu to hyderabad within sri krishna travels. I have called travel agent and confirmed that it will go till bhel since it is ac service and i booked the same. But when bus reached sr nagar, they have asked all the passengers to get down from bus and said it won't go to bhel. We all questioned him that as you said it will do to bhel at the time getting into bus. They didn't listen to us and asked us to get down.

                                        This is not the first time. It was happened many times to me as well as for others too. I request not to repeat the same and no one should suffer with these kind of issues.
