there is no proper communication and talking with customer too rude.

I came to narasaraopet from amerpet (Hyderabad).
We missed bus at amerpet due to proper communication. Afterthat we came to lb nagar stop by auto. They gave my state to someone as well as they were argue with us. You can sit wherrevey seats available. I never face such kind of worst experience with shrikrishna travels. I am fan of srikrishna travels but now i won't believe srikrishna travels because of bad experience....

I have to travel today for hyderabad to vizag bus no ar 01 t 1122 and my boarding point was at gachibowli at 9.20 but i was 5 mins late to boarding point at that time he called me and ne said that to come to lakdipul and we said okay. Without informing anything he told me that we already crossed abids. I already reached lakdikapul by 10.10 can’t he wait for 5 mins for passenger. Later he said to come to lb nagar. How i will reach to lb...

bus has cancelled by srikrishna travellers but money hasn't refunded

I have booked bus from bangalore to kavali, in the last hour travellers called and informed the bus has cancelled. Mistakenly i had booked through srikrishna travells website instead of redbus. I came to know there were less seats booked so the trip has cancelled. Problem here is they haven't refunded the amount. I called the numbers given in the website, but they are useless, everyone are telling same story that they are not the concerned...

worst travels in hyderabad

delaying of bus for one passenger

Firstly the bus has to start at 10pm but was delayed for 30 minutes late from bhadrachalam and again he has stopped in the next stop and again delayed for more than 40 minutes he was busy filling more customers with cash transactions he only started the bus after shouting at them we as a passenger never faced such problems in any other travelling agencies...

no time management

Dear sir,

As per my experience really worst service. The bus should starts at 2.45 at salem, should reach chennai by 8.30. But due to poor management bus didn't cross salem even at 4.15. Driver responsibility is poor. Still i am in travel. Worst service i have ever scene. Govt buses are more better. Staff behavior worst to the core. Bus punctuality worsted than worst....

Due to some emergency i was suppose to do a unplanned travel so i got a open ticket to chennai from coimbatore

They got money and started by 09:30 took 7 rounds around gandhipuram bus stand finally stated by 11:45

Go to hell cheater all the worst words in the world is for u 3hrs of mine is lost...

ticket rate is too costly for diwali

Sri krishna travels bus rate is too costly and the cost is rs.1900 to travel from tuticorin to chennai on diwali (I. E. 6th november 2018) and this is non - ac - sleeper bus only. Please take action asap in this private buses.

Not only this private bus, if you check in redbus and makemytrip applications, there are also most of the buses are charging too much amount on a special occasion which is not acceptable by the customer....

staff behaviour, neatness, punctuality

Worst behaviour of driver journey: bangalore-guntur; coachno:ap 27 v 6666; attendent: sashi; contno: [protected]; reptime: 05:35 pm from hoskote, bangalore. Once they reach the bus pickup point they started changing front wheel tyre. They started talking so rudely while dropping people in guntur, at some point they used bad words on ladies in bus. This is really pity on this travels and i would never suggest anyone to travel in ur bus....

worst ac sleeper service and water leakage on beds

I traveled from vizag to hyd in SRi krishna travels AC SLEEPER bus on[protected]. The water was leaking due to AC problem and the entire bed was "completely WET" including pillows and blankets. And there was no place to sit even. When we complain the bus driver they did not care and simply neglected.

This is the worst service till date. And i will never choose this travels again.

After waiting so much time with no one in the office... I asked his agent regarding the arrival time of bus to the boarding point... He replied to me like "i ll break your legs and hands go and stand at the other end"...😲


Now you can decide travelling with this agent...

worst travels to travel with

I was traveling from my native to chennai. When i boarded the bus i found the truth that the helper in bus can't speak or hear (Dumb &deaf). Another thing is that the driver is riding in that route for first time and he ain't riding safe. Two times there would have been accident happend. And seats of sleeper (Single) is like rat house which can't fit the whole body. Totally annoying to travel. And they put a halt for 90min...

I was booked my ticket from hyd to a. S. Peta alone with my sister. But they have arranged seat in another bus. Also they have committed again they will arrange my seat after 80 km at a hotel stop. But driver didn't stop to board to my actual bus.

Through out the journey i was not slept due to i was not able to journey with my sister and we feared a lot.

Even after spoke with driver, diver didn't stop the bus....

regarding cancellation

Hi, today by mistake we booked tickets from Chennai to Hyderabad instead of Hyderabad to Chennai.
We called customer care to cancel those tickets but they are not agreeing with us. Could you please think practically., No one will do mistakes purposefully. We have exercises for everything. You can have option to revert back my money and at this time I am not arguing but I can't loose my money. Please do it and let me know asap.

insects, congested seating

We are paying money to travel with comfort.. But today i was travelling in srikrishna travels bus pkl to hyderabad sleeper cum semisleeper was the most worst experience. Very congested seating and main thing is seats are full of bed bugs.. Very uncomfortable and i got rasges all over my hands.. What's this can't you take preventive measures for them.....

about minimum satisfaction of customer

Complaint about - sri krishna travels - journey details: busno: ap27t4466, serviceno: skt-666b, seatno: u5, u6.

Ac not working properly.. Just run the bus by way of blower fan which is highly affects to the passengers health.. Especially old age and kids
No entertainment... Like playing music or movie
Dirty smell during the journey
Not comfort journey in this travel...

tax not paid by bus operator
