I booked a ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore at 9.30pm through redbus app..i got a msg &email ...boarding [protected]@ 9:15 pm& departure @9:30pm in front of Indian oil petrol pump, koyembedu...bt the driver called me 8:10pm and he told me that the departure time was 8pm...so we r going to travel now..i called to your office...and they replied me "come fast I will arrange for your ticket..i had been there around 8:30 pm..he send me to Sri Krishna travels (dindigul bus)until perungulathur &change back to Coimbatore bus...but the driver told me get down to catch your bus..after that they not give any response..they gone i called again office..they r really bad &given very very bad response...finally I stood on the perungulathur road with my operation leg..they really cheated me...they never give a call or msg beforefrom Chennai to Coimbatore at 9.30pm through redbus app..i got a msg &email ...boarding [protected]@ 9:15 pm& departure @9:30pm in front of Indian oil petrol pump, koyembedu...bt the driver called me 8:10pm and he told me that the departure time was 8pm...so we r going to travel now..i called to your office...and they replied me "come fast I will arrange for your ticket..i had been there around 8:30 pm..he send me to Sri Krishna travels (dindigul bus)until perungulathur &change back to Coimbatore bus...but the driver told me get down to catch your bus..after that they not give any response..they gone i called again office..they r really bad &given very very bad response...finally I stood on the perungulathur road with my operation leg..they really cheated me..i am really stressful...they r argued only...they never call me or send a single msg

    I am waiting to board in tirupati. He haven't arrived to point yet and asking me to"you don't come, we will leave". When he arrived to point i have raised about this issue and he is speaking without showing any respect towards customers saying"i don't want to show any respect to you". I think this is not the way to speak with ladies. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. You should not appoint people who don't know how to deal with customers. Please keep in mind that customer satisfaction is the most important thing of any business. This bus starts from tirupati at 11 :15 pm from tirupati

    We reprimanded the respective staff in this matter.
    When no actions taken, whats use of having Consumer Complaints. Worst Bus maintanance, improper answers. Bus conditions are worst. Broken window glasses.No fire fire extinguishers and no safety, hope RTO was not sleeping when approving to drive on roads Purchasing tickets. Found alcohol bottels in Bus and driver said it belong to unknown
    I booked a ticket from Nellore to Hyderabd. I called the agent to ask what is the pick up location he was so rude saying why are you calling I am busy with other works. His number is [protected]. He is stupid ass hole. If such kind of country people exist the sri krishan travels will loos its credibility.

      Im facing lot of problems while traveling in krishna travels on today 24/11/2017. No maintanance for this bus.
      Lot of bugs biting and drinking the blood. Full and full seats are covered by dust. Im only took 18 bugs. This is the worst bus forever. Im finding the words for scolding this bus manager. This bus route chennai to tenkasi via veerasigamani. Please atleast maintaining the bus for make without the bugs. Safe for our health

        Currently i am traveling from hyd to kavali. The bus supervisor response was very poor and the behavior is like uneducated people. He doesn't know how to speak with customer. He didn't update me to where i have to wait and wantedly didn't stop bus at the suggested place.
        In the above message i didn't find i have to wait at bramarambha theater nizampeta.
        Bramarambha theater will come as ithernagar area, will not come as nizampeta.
        Company management should be aware of these type of persons as their reputation will lost because of these guys.

          I booked a ticket on jan. 10, 6.15 from kulasekharam to chennai, ticket no: tk[protected]. The bus didn't reach the location till 6.35 so i phoned nagercoil office and he said that the bus will be starting only from nagercoil. But i didn't receive any official information prior to that. Even he accepted to go for the alternative, by assuring that the money will be refunded if five days. I phoned the same person this morning.             Worst bus service from chennai to salem.. They won't give responsibility to any customer. I contact the office number[protected] and[protected] regarding to complaint about driver.. They are cutting my call while speaking and second time they didn't pick my call.. Also the[protected] guy is saying like i drunk and sleeping now so i can't speak with you.. I didn't see like this bus service..

              I have booked a bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 26-4-17. And my Ticket No: TK5S33463742. I should bored the bus at sweeper at 10:15, but I was 2 mins late the bus driver told the bus moved on n waited until 10:20 pm but I asked him it was not 10:20pm yet and he told in my watch it is like that n I will follow like that. He was very very rude and disrespectful. Then he told me to come to lakidikapool by 10:30pm and I was there on time. But the driver came at 10:45pm to Lakidikapool. Mean while I called him twice n he told he was coming. And worst part is the bus going in front of our eyes and without stopping n without calling. After we shouted he stopped it and asked the seat number. I was checking my phone to tel seat num and the cleaner was telling that u should know the seat number. Who the hell is he to tell me r ask me.
              The service was so rude and no blanket also. Kindly frds don't ever board this travels. I travel very often from Bangalore to Hyderabad n vice versa n trust me It's pathetic travels I have ever seen.
              I hope someone take action on it.

I never experienced this type of worst behaviour.. customer service is very poor.. better avoid to book the tickets in future..

                I was supposed to board 9.40 PM bus to Tirupati at Aramghar stop. Unfortunately my phone was switched off and driver left the stop before 9.40. This is not acceptable at all as I am frequent Traveller of Sri Krishna travels and most of the times it is late and this they were early and did not bother to stop few minutes for boarding passengers. I am never going to travel again through this travels. Action requested.

                  I had booked a ticket in Red bus app for Sri krishna Travels on26/01/17 and I boarded the bus at 9.15 pm and opted drop point is .walltax rd chennai but the driver has informed to us bus will not go walltax road or Central station as soon as bus reached the madhawaram chennai this driver hasn't bothered about anything
                  while he was driving the bus he is keep on turning off air conditioning
                  even they have taken full amount from the customer
                  its highly deplorable customer service

                    I have booked the ticket on 05.10.2016 from rajahmundry to hyderabad. The pick up time of bus is 10.10 in lalacheruvu. The bus is not come to the pickup location as per the due to break down. I make call to the driver at 11.00 pm and he said that the bus is break down we don:t know how much time it will take for repair. Again i make a call to the driver at 12.00a. M, still he is telling the same answer. They i asked the driver shall i go for alternative. He said ok you will go for alternative and i have informed the same to redbus department regarding my refund. So i have waited up to 12.30 a. M and will catch some other bus. Still 5 days are gone still i have not received my payment.
                    But they are providing worrest services and they looting the money from customer like us.
                    I am asking the sri krishna travels if i came late to the pick up location are is the bus is waiting for me?.

                      Driver. response is very worst. he coordinates with passengers. but here it is nothing here. he didn't stopping at least toilet also from ongole to Visakhapatnam passengers are some more people are old one and suffering with this problem in my opinion the bus service is worst service.                         Hello there :P

                        I had booked a bus through a tea shop owner near Godrej and Honda showroom opp. to Spencer's in LB nagar bus stop. I was promised "Co-driver" seat by the ticket booking agent named Ram Babu.

                        As assured, the bus arrived by 9:00 PM. There was no response from the driver as he spoke in Telugu but it was clear that he was turning a deaf ear. The conductor of the bus talked to me without any respect like "You won't get my co-driver seat" and pushed me out of the bus.

                        I hope the government take charge of all the travel companies and there is no gambling around with the seats.

                          Booked seats are not allocated and very rude staff behavior. We booked 4 tickets from Coimbatore to Chennai on 10th April, 2016 but when boarding bus the bus operator told that only 3 seats were available. And after big argument he allocated 3 seats for 4 o[censored]s .And our 4th seat was occupied by a male and we booked for 4 ladies .When we asked for an explanation and refund for the 4th ticket their response was very much irresponsible. We contacted the bus office too but they didn't help either.

                            I want to raise this to everyone..on the cancellation charges what Sri Krishna Travels charge to the customer even though we cancel that 2 days before..for a ticket of 1200 they are charging 600 as cancellation charge.

                            How can they take this much amount?

                              I have booked 2 tickets to Vijayawada from Bangalore for travel date 05-12-15. The paytm ids:OF9R4B and OF9QYJ. They were booked under your 'get lucky 100% refund- one in five' scheme. The bus was supposed to start from Majestic as given in the booking screen. I received a message from someone (who didn't identify) that the bus was not starting at Majestic and I should get into it at Tin Factory hanging bridge. I was new to Bangalore and there was no specific landmark was given in the message. I had spent Rs 300/- to reach Tin factory bridge. On repeated calls from me (the driver or owner never made even a single call) he said, the bus couldn't stop on the bridge. I had to run on the bridge with my luggage with my wife following at my age (62). Finally, with great luck, I could find the bus after 8.30 pm and the travel delayed by 2 hrs.

                                On 25th october i satarted my journey in shree krishna travels form Amet to mumbai ( panvel ) bus no :- RJ 27 6675 . i had a ticket till Panvel but Bus stopped at vashi today ( 26th october ) at 8:15 am and conductor told that the bus will not go to panvel. i told him to justy adjust in some other bus but he did'nt did that. and i was not able to reach till final bus stop ( panvel ). IF These Travel Agency can't fulfill their committment then why do provide defective service they must disclose this at the start itself.

                                  I booked the ticket from Theni to Chennai on 30 Sep 15.When I booked single seat it didn't show the nearer seat booked earlier for female When I explained drivers told it was my mistake and didn't check.properly Actually website didn't show as male seat and female seat.The website should be modified properly.The drivers are not speaking politely and didn't understand about online booking.They don't know how to talk with customers.I will not use this worst service in future

                                    Dear sir, i was booked ticket in online (coimbatore to chennai) it conformed and mail came to me, and sms came to my number and i got printout. i got the bus and i get the seat after one hour travel in middle way driver asking 1000rs money to me. driver told that give 1000rs for seat otherwise get out. i gave thousand rupees for my emergency and there no any stops are cities and also midnight[protected] night) driver mobile no : [protected] (this driver asked money 1000rs) agent no : [protected] ( he reply me "i don't know that is your risk") agent no : [protected] ( he reply me "i don't know that is your risk")

                                      I booked bus from Chennai to Coimbatore and I got message that 1 hr bus late, but bus came by 2 and 1/2 hrs late. We asked the driver and he was very rude. He told why you booked the ticket and they are not depends on the customer. So My kind request is no one book the ticket in Krishna travel. Very poor bus and service is not good.
