Sri Krishna Travels — Boarding point change for bus travel | |||||
I have booked 2 tickets to Vijayawada from Bangalore for travel date 05-12-15. The paytm ids:OF9R4B and OF9QYJ. They were booked under your 'get lucky 100% refund- one in five' scheme. The bus was supposed to start from Majestic as given in the booking screen. I received a message from someone (who didn't identify) that the bus was not starting at Majestic and I should get into it at Tin Factory hanging bridge. I was new to Bangalore and there was no specific landmark was given in the message. I had spent Rs 300/- to reach Tin factory bridge. On repeated calls from me (the driver or owner never made even a single call) he said, the bus couldn't stop on the bridge. I had to run on the bridge with my luggage with my wife following at my age (62). Finally, with great luck, I could find the bus after 8.30 pm and the travel delayed by 2 hrs.
